Total scam. After I paid monthly payments they told me it would take 3 months. After 3 months I called only to find out the different telephone numbers I was given were no longer in service.

So, this is to all out there that, were scammed or think they were. This Service provides assistance with Borrower defense Application on the ********** of ********* Website. The Borrower Defense application is on the ********** of ********* web. What this service provides is the application on getting the loan discharged as a predatory loan. I was keeping in touch for a while with my Loan servicer ***********************. I tried to reach out recently the numbers are out of service, they charged me only, ******, he provided my case number and the documents that were listed in the case. I called the ********** of ********* and was advised my Loan would be discharged end of January. I have called but super busy so, sent an email. I spoke with the loan service at this place asked questions and kept tabs for months until now. I know that the ********** of education has my case number and was advised that it was processing. I will give these 3 stars maybe this is a scam but, it helped if I had done this on my own, to get all my student records would have taken forever. Please when doing this ask a lot of questions develop a relationship, Like I did. So check the ********** of education Federal student aid loan to check.

I paid $697 back in April 2023 to have my student loans discharged. At first they told me it would take 3 months after those 3 months passed i called they told me another 2-3 months for school to reply. Time passed and i didnt hear from them so i tried to contact them and they onky "read" my messages with no reply. I tried calling and no answer. I tried to DM on Instagram and nothing. I also tried to dispute the charge with my bank but no success there since time had passed. This is all a scam! I am now blocked on instagram. I just want my money back. !!!
