    This installer installed a brand new HVAC compressor and condenser at my home. 2 years later the unit doesnt work. He can out to my home after calling (****) in July 2024. He came to my house and I need a new compressor and its under warranty. It has been 4 months. He has been stringing me along that the until will come next week. Now he doesnt answer my phone. I have all my text messages proving my entire communication. I called for a 2nd opinion from 2 other companies and both company gave me the same diagnosis that the unit was not installed properly causing the compressor to go bad.

    The company does not answer their telephone or return phone calls. They receive business from home warranty and automated scheduling they do not perform work or submit service reports. I had a blown fuse on my AC and the man who showed up did not look at my AC unit instead he took photos for a new unit and then never submitted the report to the home warranty company. I attempted contacting them 15 times with no answer or reply from myself or my home warranty company. I had to call another company and wait over 3 weeks with a broken AC a 1 year old and temps over 90 at 9pm in my home due to the lack of courtesy or follow through from this company
