      Since Blacknote change their shipping carrier, it's been bad. I use to only spend $50 for two 30ml bottles of juice. Now I have to pay $70 for it to be shipped in the same state and the carrier can't even get the address right. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in Blacknote. I might as well go back to smoking tobacco

      I ordered a purchase from Black Note Labs totaled $69.29 on February 26, 2025. I emailed them on March 4, asking how long shipping usually takes. They replied "3 shipping days". March 11 I email them, "Still nothing from you guys." They reply "sorry we don't have your order in stock it's delayed. Thank you for your patience". *** from BlackNote Labs called me and emailed me about it on March 12. On March 22, I email BlackNote for a refund because I still haven't received anything. He responds immediately with "Hello ******,Thanks for reaching out. It looks like your order was sent and successfully delivered on March 1st. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund an order that was delivered nearly three weeks ago.Below is the tracking link for your package, which was also included in your confirmation email: ****** ***** If theres something wrong with the order or if you need further assistance, please let me know, and Ill be happy to help!Best regards,*** *But there was no tracking link anywhere.*I responded and told him that's impossible. You all contacted me on March 12 and apologized for the delay. After that, there were no more responses from ***. Or from BlackNote Labs, either. I called their number at **************. Multiple attempts and I left multiple voicemails in regards to my order #******. I just want a refund.
