    I placed an order on 10.21.24 at the time of writing this it is 12.15.24. I have reached out to support four times they charged me and will not ship my order, respond, or refund. They are not an business that should be allowed to continue to function this way.

    We are so sorry to hear that your order never arrived! There was a bit of a shipping delay in late October, but once it was resolved all orders shipped normally. We have filed a claim with **** for your package, but went ahead and refunded you in the meantime. We're so sorry for the negative experience!

    Date: 10/23/24 **** ***** Product: Deltaextrac From: Savage Enterprises They took my money and will not respond. I see from their history after purchasing the product, they have an habit of not sending out customer products. I just want what I ordered or my money refund. I sent one of these earlier, please read both.

    I ordered products from savage enterprises on Oct 17th, 2024 and since the 21st my order has been in a processing status. Ive emailed 3 times and have left a message with their sol called customer service ****** ******* and of coarse got no response. I either want my product here asap or I want money back. Ive never had this problem before with ordering and receiving products from them, but this is absolutely ridiculous and its even worse when you cant get ANY customer service at all!

    Hello! 

    As posted on social media, our shipping warehouse experienced a backlog due to technical glitches and we have been responding to customer service inquiries in the order that they were sent in. The phone number mentioned is not associated with our company and is not the phone number listed on our website. ****** does not represent our company in any way. 

    That being said, we have been responding to customers as quickly as we can, sending the individual tracking numbers, as they have not automatically updating. This takes a lot of time and personalized attention per customer, but most customers have been very understanding and patient. We greatly value our customers and their overwhelming support of our brand! Please note that this customer's order has already been shipped and we will follow up with the customer directly with the tracking details.

    I placed an order (#DE217528) through deltaextrax.com on April 20, 2024. As of 5/31/24 I have not received my order. Using the **** tracking number provided in my receipt (**********************) i contacted ****, where i was told me that **** was still waiting on the order to be delivered to them so that they can transport it to me, and suggested that I get in touch with the merchant.On the website where i made the order, they provide this customer support number: ************, which i called and left several voice messages, but I never got a reply. I have been emailing **************************************** (which is also found on their website) since May 3rd, but I never got a response. I have contacted my bank about disputing the charges, but because my issue is that the order was never delivered, they don't care, and directed me to the BBB.

    I placed an order on https://www.deltaextrax.com on 10/17/22. 9 emails to customer service went unanswered and nothing was shipped out to me. IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING!

    We are actively trying to issue a full refund for this or at least make contact with the person to
    make sure they got what they order because on our end the package was delivered to them in a
    timely fashion.
