    I signed up to be a Spark Delivery Driver with ******* Spark. I got accepted a year ago but have been unable to login to the app because it will not recognize my email when trying to log in. Spark Support has said that the problem is on DDI's end. They deal with all of the IT things. I have spent hours on the phone along with sending many emails. I have never been able to talk to a human when calling DDI. Emails are not returned. I just get blanket emails back with no resolution from them. According to Spark Support, DDI has it in their system that I work for the ******* store so I cannot shop for them. I have never worked for them before. They just need to fix it in their system. I have been trying to get this fixed for almost a year now. It is impossible to get through to talk to a person with DDI'S phone system. It always goes to voicemail and voicemail is always full. I just want to be able to work. It should never take a year for a business to resolve an issue. Thank you for listening.

    I am an IC with Spark, who uses DDI for documents and earnings. I have been unable to access my DDI account. I am currently owed earnings, but I am unable to update my direct deposit to receive these earnings or sign any documents that *** be required to continue delivering for Spark. I called Spark and am referred to DDI, I call DDI, and I am told to email Spark, or I reach a voicemail that is full. This has been going on for a week now. A search on the internet will show that this is not an isolated incident. I am unable to work because I have no way to receiving my earning. I have reset my password numerous times, and still receive invalid username/password. The only thing I am asking for is access to my account, so I am able to continue earning, and to be paid what I am already owed.

    I live in a zone that has many stores. Some of the stores are ***** miles from my home. I receive orders from These stores and I have 30 min to arrive before Im docked on the metrics system for not arriving on time. This doesnt account for traffic time either. I called and a rep informed me I could block these stores as they were negatively effecting my metrics and Im no longer receiving good paying orders the fallowing day because my metrics dropped. I was transferred to a rep named ******** that works in tier 2 and she told me to drive to those stores that I needed blocked (because she cant guarantee these stores will be blocked)) and simply wait for orders. This is absolutely insanity! If I drive to a store in ***** and then receive a trip from a rockwall store, Im spending more in gas then Im making traveling back and forth. Also, if I receive an order that states it needs to be delivered ASAP and its 10 miles away, Im docked on my metrics for arriving late. Then the store has only 2 employees loading vehicles because everyone called in for the day. I cant get the ordered delivered on time because I wasnt given enough time to initially get to the store. Then my car is loaded after waiting ***** min( I have waited up to an hour before I canceled) , I wont make this delivery on time. My metrics are negatively effected if I dont accept the order, if I arrive late, or if I deliver late. Or all of the above. I called and asked a rep why hasnt the metrics system been updated since Covid began and they rep told me the metrics system is a work in progress. Well, your orders cant be delivered if you dont have drivers and have good drivers that truly care about delivering orders. It would behoove you to enhance the metrics system and work with your drivers. And just for an FYI - Instacart is the very BEST platform to deliver through and DDI should take some pointers as they truly care about their drivers. And their metrics system demonstrates this.

    I applied to work here on June 3, 2022 and the application was never reviewed. Now the contracts I signed have vanished from the website where they were and the status showing "Submitted" now shows nothing. Meanwhile, I keep hearing of other people getting hired and I was denied a chance to even be reviewed? I've had the same job for 6 years, moved up to management there and have nothing bad in my background. This makes NO sense. I'd just like to know why my application was trashed without review?Attachments:1.jpg shows the email I received when I submitted my application.2.jpg shows the system acknowledging my application submission.3.jpg showed me my application was supposedly being reviewed.4.jpg (almost 2 months after submission) now shows nothing in application process.5.jpg & 6.jpg showed the contracts I signed to get hired by DDI.7.jpg (almost 2 months after submission) shows that now those contracts are gone.

    I submitted an application on April 27 2022 to be a driver for Spark via ddiworks. I received an automated response that background check would be 3 to 7 days. It's been several months and I have yet to here from any one. This company never returns emails and their phone number goes to a voicemail that says its full. I just want someone from this company to communicate with me because they have all my personal information like my driver's license, bank info and social security number. Thanks
