    I want to file a complaint. I was on SCE old ToU plan and you shifted me to OCPA without my concent. My electricity bill has gone up 3 folds. OCPA claims that they are cheaper, but this is based on new revised rates. I never gave them permission to change my rates.I requested to move back to SCE online and the form locked me in for 6 more months. Now OCPA is not letting me change the request claiming its processed . If I want to move now, you should not be allowed to lock me in like this.

    After investigating the customers  account, the ********************** (OCPA) reached out to clarify the situation. In December, customer opted out of our program and selected the six-month return option. Consequently, there rate was switched by Southern California ****** to NEM TOU-D-PRIME in February. By email, OCPA emphasized that Southern California ****** (SCE) controls the tariffs, and any changes to your rate options should be discussed directly with them. The cost increases  mentioned are determined by SCE, not OCPA. For any further details about the tariffs or rate adjustments,  SCE  must be contacted directly.

    I opted out of OPCA services on 09/10/2022 10:51AM through their automated system. According to them, I never opted out of their services, and now I am switching back to SDGE, but I have to be penalized since it's been over 60 days from enrollment. The business says they are not able to help me because they don't have a record of the phone call even though my cell phone company does.
