    Mr. **************** excellent service from the start to finish, and it took the weight of the world of my shoulders not just because he took my case, but his communication throughout the process was absolutely the best customer service Ive ever received!Call Mr. ******* you wont be disappointed. Thank you for taking my situation and youre genuine and yourcare for me and Im sure any client you receive will be ecstatic about winning your case as long as youre honest, dont open with him from start to finish!Thank you, **** and if I run into anyone that needs services as I did, I will make sure to send them your way!!

    ******* and Eviction Services LLC is a scam artist. Takes your money. lies to you on weekly basis trying to tell you things are in progress and then dissapears. A complete fraud, a lier, and a scam ***** who should not deserve your time. Submit your reviews to BBB and other FRAUD sites.

    Zero stars. Total fake. Stole $3600 from me. Did nothing and disappeared. He has addresses in multiple states. Stay away from this *****!

    ZERO STARS!!!! He has multiple business in multiple states. Takes your money of normally $1000.00 and does nothing. He will not respond to calls, texts or emails. When you do get him on the phone it's an excuse that he claims he is not in front of his computer and will need to call back which he never does. It's been over a year since he received the money from my client and her squatter is still living rent free in her home in CA. DO NOT TRUST *******************************, HE IS A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!! Multiple people are setting up lawsuits against him for fraud.

    I was defrauded and robbed from this company for over $26,000 I was lied too and defrauded. I will be making a Fraud and Wire fraud report I gave this money in good faith to give to the landlord. The owner of the company told me numerous times yes, the monies going with the landlord dont worry Ive got you covered were going to make a plan where youll be able to stay longer. He completely lied to me.

    Stay the h*** away from this guy please!!! The owner of this LLC is nothing but an illegal scam artist who will not provide you the services you request. It appears to be a guy named **** who is the owner and operator of this money laundering scam business. They ignore your phone calls, emails while stringing you along providing no answers to your questions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS A****** EGO PRICK!

    I too fell victim from this scam artist. In November of 2022 I was charged $700 for representation of filing and handling the eviction for a non-paying tenant currently residing in ************* **.I kept calling to get the status and ******************************* kept telling he was waiting on the writ. After the holiday was over I took the liberty to call the county clerks office to find out he never filed it and the never heard of him. What a piece of work he is. I have since went on social media outlets to let everyone know to stay clear of the scumbag!! I hope he gets locked up and fined for all the money he stole from other people like myself. I wish I had taken the time and searched for references before hiring him. STAY CLEAR Poor excuse for a human being.

    These people are the biggest scammers out there!! **** makes it seem like he's working on your case but doesn't do anything!! I had another lawyer look into my case for me and I was told that nothing has been filed!! Literally took my money. Please please please do your research and find a real lawyer. Stay away from this company!!

    On Sept. 16th, I retained ************************* services for an eviction. **** said he would be processing the eviction. He said filed the Unlawful Detainer through mail. **** said he sent the paperwork via *** but has failed to provide us with a tracking number. ************************* nor his staff never provided us with a tracking number for the unlawful detainer he claims to have filed. We have called several times and he has not called us back or emailed us. We had to retain another eviction service and we were informed that evictions can be filed electronically. ************************* is running a scam. He wasted six weeks of our precious time and he gave us the run around. He did absolutely nothing nor did he file any paperwork properly. I called the court and they confirmed no paperwork has been filed. Do yourself a favor and run the other way.

    If I could give a 0, I would. ******* (if thats his real name) is a scammer. He promised to help my sister get rid of a squatter in her primary residence. He took $1000 from us and never filed anything or did anything. He is not an attorney, although he led us to believe he had some attorneys on staff. Fortunately I paid by credit card, so we received a refund for services not provided. If you hire this company, dont say you werent warned.
