    I'm a Hyperice customer for LIFE!!! I'm shocked to see any negative reviews about their customer service because they have always responded promptly to any inquiries I've emailed. Plus, they stand behind their products and replace your device if it stops working. Our first device was purchased in 2022 and now my family has three devices: a Venom 2 Leg, Venom 2 Back and a Hypervolt. As an active family, we use all the devices regularly and they have stood the test of time. I'm a Lifetime Gym member, and Hyperice has their full line of products available for use at this luxury facility. To me, this is just another testament to the quality of the Hyperice brand and their products. I highly recommend investing in products by this brand!!

    I have the Hyperice X, which worked fine until it just stopped for some reason. Their customer service is non-existent. I attempted many times to contact Hyperice to see if we could find the reason and a solution but all I got was stone silence.

    I have to make a shout out to Hyperice. I have purchased two Hypervolts in the last few years and have used them daily and just love the results. The product is incredible, so if you workout, then these devices really help your sore muscles. However, my shout out is directed at how they treat their customers. I experienced some issues with my unit and within one email, I was told a replacement unit was coming my way. I didnt have to go to their management chain, just first level customer service. A gentlemen named ****** was just fantastic. I recommend their products and customer service is just the best. 5 stars for sure.

    We have tried to contact customer service for 14 days. Left numerous voicemails, sent emails to get rubbish generic responses. The device was a wedding gift. It does not start. After reading other online reviews this company seems like a scam. They sell products that dont even start. Stay away from this fraudulent business. Also, they collect your person information and then do nothing to resolve the issue.

    I am giving 2 stars due to the customer service refusing to supply a user serviceable battery. The Normatec 2.0 works very well on the whole and does what it was designed to do even without the backup batteries installed. The issue is with the tech support/customer service.I am an electrical engineer and been designing and repairing high tech electronic devices for 50 years. I am quite capable of replacing the 2x 18650 battery cells that have the connector for ease of replacement. The battery was left uncharged for too long and failed to charge recently. Any normal person is capable volunteer that could help design upgrades to the Shooting Sports page,le of replacing the easily accessible battery in this unit. The battery cover on the device is the type as on many devices with a single, simple s**** holding the cover. These are typical covers for owners to open and replace batteries. If this was not the case then the Normatec pump device would have the batteries buried inside the unit.I wanted to buy the battery pack but since the policy is such that Hyperice won't sell replaceable parts, like other companies, then I will replace the two lithium batteries myself. For any handy person, changing the small board and connector, from the two Lithium cells to new ones, is a piece of cake.Sending the whole unit in to have a simple plug-in battery pack replaced is like sending in a regular flashlight to have a technician unscrew the back, remove and replace the two "D" cells, then send it back to you.

    I will echo what others have said here: the device worked well for a few short months, then I started getting an error code when attempting to run it and it shuts down after a minute or two. There is no troubleshooting advice on their website or owner's manual, and I've reached out to their support twice, with absolutely no response (not even an automated response that they received my inquiry). Save your money and just use an icepack. Terrible customer service and they obviously do not stand behind their product.

    Purchased a X for my knee. The product never worked. I reached out to customer service two days after receiving the product. They provided an email as to thing to do to trouble shoot. Did them and the product continued to not work. When I reached out to customer service again, they just sent back the same instructions and became unresponsive to inquiries. When I asked for my money back, because of the delays, they said I was outside the return window and they would not honor a return and did not even offer an exchange. Impossible to get a live human on the phone to discuss problems.From my perspective, a very disreputable company who does not stand behind defective products.

    Bought a Hyperice Hypervolt GO approximately 2 months ago. Seemed to work fine over that period, with light usage of maybe once a week. Picked it up to use it a few days ago and it would turn on, run for 3-5 seconds and then shut itself off. It did this repeatedly. Charge ring shows green. Even though it appears to be fully charged I plugged it in to ensure it indeed was. Again it powered on, ran for a few seconds and then powered itself off. Some internet searching revealed it is a known issue with the model. I set out to see if I could get warranty service and no response from manufacturer. Calling results in a long wait followed by an automatic disconnect. I thought Hyperice was a reputable company but I guess not. ****** learned. I'd advise avoiding Hyperice products if I was asked.
