Had a little bit of trouble scheduling with Advanta *** for the self directed *** and wasnt too impressed with the support from them, and things seemed to progress slower than I anticipated but everything went fairly smoothly with the setup and payments have come just as promised. They even sent us some Yeti cups with the phoenix logo as a gift which was very nice. I enjoy the company updates they give as well.Review fromJoseph T

5 starsI have been an investor with Phoenix Energy for 3 years (June 2025). PE has always delivered on what they say and has been very easy to work with. The people I have worked with have been professional, courteous and respectful of me and my investment. As one of the first-round investors of 2022, my initial bond has come to maturity. I think this gives me one of the best opportunities to share my experiencenot as a new member with stars in their eyes, but as one who has been through the entire process. In short, I've been very happy. The only negative thing I can say is that, now that my bond has matured, they do not currently have an offering that allows me to continue investing. But, over the past 3 years, Phoenix Capital (formerly Phoenix Energy), has sent the dividend payments every month, they have continuously held information webinars so I knew what was going on, and they always were ready answer my questions when I had them. I now have my initial investment back (along with the dividends that were paid out each month), and I am very happy with the decision to invest with them.I hope they open back up the bonds that I can purchase as I will do so again if given the opportunity!Phoenix Energy One LLC
