    They are scam artists. I used their site to create a lost dog amber ****** After entering my payment details, etc., their site said that it didnt process my request because it couldnt. I loved on. Over 2 1/2 hours later I receive an email that Id been charged $84 for their srvcs. I even had my dog by then. I notified the company of the discrepancy only to be told I would not receive a refund because of their refund policy and that I received an email stating that Id been charged and its not their fault if I saw the email too late. I sent them screenshots with timestamps showing that their email came hours later, not immediately as they claimed. I was offered $20 with a rude email, are you gonna take the $20 refund so we can end this? They did nothing. Their site is broken and they have no interest in making things right with customers. Never again, and I will advise anyone I know and blast social media as well, dont use this so called service. Theyre crooks that I hope go out of business for taking money for doing nothing.

    My dog was lost and I used this service to help spread the word. In the moment I was frantic and doing all I could. They charged $140 to make a flyer and post on their site. Today I recieved another $140 charge. When I contacted the company they said I opted for auto renewal. This is not true. It is defaulted to auto renew which is a shady business practice. I reached out to them and was told they will not refund me as they sent a email. These people prey on you when youre vulnerable. They have done nothing to collect an additional $140.00 I want my money back for the shady renewal .
