We hired SunTrust to paint my house. This is where we met the Field Manager *****. ***** was out to the house every time one part of the project was completed and checked the work. He was honest and easy to work with. From the office, ***** called every other day to keep us up to date and check if there were any problems. Any concerns or questions we had; ***** made sure they were solved. We had ***** prime and paint out house. He did outstanding work and his attention to detail left very few touchups. All in all, the whole process of painting the house was calm, comfortable and easy. We are grateful for their professionalism, and we would hire SunTrust to do other work on the house.Suntrust Remodeling

We had a paver and turf remodel done by Suntrust remodeling. I would not recommend using this company for any home remodeling project. They were late starting and finishing the project and eventually rushed to finish and pulled off the job two days before the work crew said they needed. The turf is uneven, hills and valleys, as well as an ugly clearly visible seam. Their own inspector agreed it looked rushed and needed to be repaired. Its been several months and theyve done nothing. Now they are not responding to any attempts to communicate. So beware if you are looking to get remodeling done and dont trust Suntrust.Suntrust Remodeling

SunTrust Remodeling came a few weeks ago to see if we were interested in turf for the yard. We said yes. A man came and wrote us a quote. Two men came the next week from Suntrust. They re evaluated the area and gave us a quote for $1400 more than the first guy. When we showed them the original quote, they called their manager, who honored the quote, and dropped the price another $500. We signed the contract and put down a 10% deposit. We picked the turf we wanted from the samples offered. We were told the project would start the next week The next week, we are told the turf we picked was back ordered, and they would send someone with new samples. A lady came after rescheduling twice, and brought new samples. She said she could likely get the original turf I picked. I asked her to bring the original turf I picked to make a decision. The next week, after rescheduling 3 times, she brought my original pick. I still liked the original pick the best. She told me she was able to get enough for our project and we would start in 5-6 days. The next day, we get a call that another person had to come for the project. He asked about the turf project for a minute, and spent an hour trying to sell other projects The next week, we dont hear anything. I called the company.The manager said that he cant do the project for the agreed amount, and would charge $1900 more. I told him we had a signed contract and put down a deposit. He said the man who gave us the quote was quoting projects too low and he would lose money on our project. I told him before we signed the contract, this same manager was called. Not only did he honor the quote, but knocked another $500 off. The manager told me that despite agreeing to it, he couldnt do the project now. We had to pay $1900 more or cancel the project. We cancelled the project. Besides being a breach of contract, this is poor business behavior. An honest business would honor the price, even if they realize they would lose money.Suntrust Remodeling

Really good HVAC services. They were very detailed when they explained how the process would go, the duration, cost breakdown, etc. My AC works very well and it is a very advanced system compared to the other one that I had before.
