    I was sent a ln email from the refund department to a sum of *****. Of which I never received in the time that was said. 6-8 weeks. And it is only half the refund of what I was promised by manager at the facility in *********. Can I get my refund please?

    K1 Speed made many mistakes when I tried to book my son's birthday party. To make it up to me, they promised extra pizza which they did not deliver on. They forced me to open a tab at their bar since they did not allow me to bring outside food to feed the adults in the party. They made fraudulent charges on my tab for things we did not order. I requested a refund and they told me to contact corporate sales office- no response. They also coerced me into pre-paying for additional drivers during our party when the corporate office failed to update my reservation. I prepaid for the additional drivers before all my guests arrived, but they refused to refund me when one child didn't come due to being ill during the ***** 19 pandemic. Corporate office is responsible for these reservations and refund requests. They have failed to respond to my request. I will never have a party at K1 again. I am requesting a refund for the additional driver who did not show and the fraudulent charges on my tab.
