Henry Brunton Golf Academy was unexpectedly and immediately closed with no explanation. Unfathomably, there was not going to be any refunds offered, despite the requirement clients prepared (minimum $1500) for credits for lessons. Completely unprofessional.

Hello, First, thank you for all that you investigators do to help people who have been taken advantage of! You really do help people and your efforts are truly appreciated. On January 17, 2024, I purchased a golf package from Henry Brunton Golf Academy in ******, ********** for a price of $1,545.00 (receipts attached). The package included a series of credits that previously could be used for lessons and practice. On March 31, 2024, the golf academy abruptly closed with little to no notice to students. The academy also fired all of its coaches. After closing, the academy is refusing to provide any refunds to students for the unused portion of their golf packages. At the time of closing, I had taken two lessons valued at approximately $140 each for a total of $280 and had not used any tokens on practice. My golf coach through the Henry Brunton Golf Academy was *******************************. He can be reached at **************. Accordingly, Henry ********************** owes me $1,265.00. I have called the websites phone numbers, sent text messages, left messages, sent emails, etc. and have received no response whatsoever. There are many families and students in my position. I would like to file a complaint against Henry ********************** and I would like a refund in the amount of $1,265.00. In the event it is helpful, Mr. ********************** also runs a golf academy in ******* (Henry Brunton Golf Academy at ***********, Address: ********************************************************************************************************************** (**************************************************************************************) so it does not appear that he went bankrupt and he could do this to many more families and students who spend their hard earned money on expensive golf packages. Henry ********************** appears to be committing fraud/misrepresentation by refusing to refund any customers for the unused portion of their golf lessons and practice credits. This amounts to an unfair and deceptive practice under the law. Thank you for your consideration and assistance.

We are requesting a refund of $4999 from Henry Brunton Golf Academy. The description of the services for my children was a gross misrepresentation of what actually occurred. Lessons were approximately $170 for each group ****** and were described as being with *************************. Lessons were cancelled with absolutely no contact from the golf instructor. One ****** was cut 30 minutes short due to "some girls came back from vacation." The ****** was supposed to end at 8:00 pm and a text at 7pm was sent to tell us to pick up our daughters at 7:30 pm. Illogical reasoning was given. One ****** had an ice cream party during ****** time. Instructor was late to private ******s. None of the shortened group ******s occurred with *****. In one case of group ******s, no coach was provided. The reason provided was that the "coaches were on vacation." Every private ****** and every group ****** that was not cancelled had a problem. Head Coach ***** refused to speak to us and when approached, he was enraged and incapable of having a decent two way conversation. Then, coach **** cancelled every and all ****** moving forward. A refund is requested.
