    I placed an order for the Brilliant three switch controller on 10/7/2024. The site said they had it in stock which is why I placed my order. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. As of 10/21/2024, it still shows pending and I have tried contacting them for an update via their online submission form and by leaving a message. If the item isn't in stock, then just refund me my money. I needed this for a job being done on my house and was expecting it to be here already. I need some kind of resolution on this issue. This is not acceptable. I paid a good amount for that item.

    I placed an order for $499.00 on ****** to Automated Now on 06/05/2025. It was for a Brilliant Control 3-Switch on order # ****. The product was in stock and ready to ship when the order was placed. No response on emails on when it would ship. On 07/10/2024 I received a email that the order status was changed to Shipping. The status was never changed to Shipped still to this date. I sent countless email each week trying to get status of shipment. No response. When I placed calls into them, all of there lines state that No one is available. This is a ************ and I want my money refunded. Can you help me BBB?

    P did an online purchase of a Autonomics AMD1 I paid in full. Since the payment was processed I have heard nothing. I have called several times I have emailed several times I have texted several times. None of my communications have received a response.

    i was ask to Venmo $2088.99 to place order for Control-4 in wall touch screen and programing on Order# **** on February 23, 2024, which i was scammed. I send multiple emails and massages with no success for information

    I purchased a brilliant smart switch from automated now on 6/3, I had sent them various emails txts phone calls to see if they actually had one to ship out, they never responded. I had sent them various emails to cancel the order after about 2 dozen emails, they finally said they cancelled it, yet just like the other guy I didnt receive a refund. Impossible to get ahold of these guys, there a scam company and should be shut down, they are robbing people.

    I entered in to an agreement with ***************** owner of Automated Now in ****** on 8/22/2022 where $20,000 was paid with a CC as a deposit for Milestone 1. On 4/27/2023 a payment for $25,000 was paid with a CC for Milestone 2 part 1. On same date 4/27/2023, a payment of $9,598.83 was paid by CC for Milestone 2 part 2. we were doing the wiring in-house as well as having a backyard cabana built. constant communication with **** was happening during this process in terms of how to do the wiring etc. We started discussing the install date of the theater equipment around end of November per a text dated October 23, 2023. that was pushed out since i had to out of country coupled with bad weather in this area for a few months. the new expected install date was March 21, 2024. From January 2024 to the intended install date, no communication at all. finally getting a hold of **** on March 26, **** stated that he can provide a full refund. i agreed. **** sent the refund receipts for all 3 charges on April 3, 2024. since then there has been zero communication and correspondence. does not answer calls, emails etc. all information and communication is well documented from my side. i can upload once someone from the BBB reaches out to me .
