    I bought a 4 piece security camera system from dahua tech . On 1/2/2024 I contacted the company and informed the company that I had a camera that was defective. They gave me a case number which is ********** and the rma is ************. They told me to contact my distributor and have them get it replaced. He has tried to get them to get it done but to no avail. I have tried to get this resolved for three months now but it still has not been fixed.The phone number for the company is ************ and the email is *************************************** Thank you, ***********************************

    On 12/5/2023 I purchased two items on Lorex.com (it is my understanding that Dahua owns Lorex). My order # was LA978161. On their website, it was prominently displayed at the top of their home page that customers could "Get free shipping on all orders. Limited time only." See attached screen shot that was taken when I placed my order along with the time stamp of when the screen shot was taken.I placed my order and was charged $10 for shipping. I submitted a request for them to reimburse the shipping charges and received the following response: Hi ****,We're sorry for the confusion. The promotion for free shipping was available only until December 4th, and your purchase was made on December 5th. We apologize for the inconveniences.Regards,Lorex Sales Support ************** Case number: ****** This was false advertising. I took the screenshot of the advertisement for free shipping immediately after placing my order. There was no mention of December 4th being the deadline. If it was the deadline, why was the promotion still being prominently displayed at the very top of their website, lorex.com. I would like a refund for the $10. I can't be the only one they've pulled this bait and switch false advertising on. Thank you.
