      The *** reimbursement claim was submitted on 3/11/2025. Per email, I was told on 3/27/2025 that payment was completed on 3/25/25 to give it 7-10 business days. Once time passed, I sent another email, and I was told it was completed. I have called almost daily, and there was escalation emails sent from various representatives on the team to the *** team for resolution and an update on payment. I called today and was told there is no updated response from *** team on payment, last email stated they were working on sending payment, and I should know by Friday. I called this morning, and no update. I have been patient, I understand some things are out of people's control, but the fact that there is no response from *** team and it's been over 1 month is just ridiculous to me. I just want to be reimbursed for medical treatment, which is why I pay to have an FSA card. I feel like company has had sufficient time to resolve issue.

      Pinnacle Claims Management, **** (Pinnacle) has received your letter regarding complaint ID# ********  on May 15, 2025.  Pinnacle had resolved this issue internally on May 6, 2025, and spoke with the member directly on May 12, 2025, to confirm the matter had been resolved on their side as well.
