      I have reached out to the representative from interior logic group dozens of times over the past five months. He has been largely unresponsive, occasionally replying via text, but no meaningful action has been taken. The last time I spoke with him, on October 16, 2024, he claimed he would contact the service department to arrange for repairs. To date, nothing has been done.The issues persist, including:Large gaps between the carpet and tile.Defective tiles and grout with pinholes throughout the house.Protruding spacer clips, one of which caused my daughter to cut her foot.A dishwasher that remains unusable.This situation is unacceptable. The representative has shown no regard or concern for the problems or their impact on my family. The lack of professionalism and accountability from Interior Logic Group of ******* is deeply disappointing.

      Horrible, horrible, horrible business who doesn't care about the customer. I built a home in ******* that was completed in November of 2022. Our builder has been trying to work with this company to get tile issues fixed since then. Here it is 18 months later and I'm waiting for another day, yet to get stood up again. This companies communication is horrible. I've had over 10 appointments for people to come out and fix my guest bath that had tiles installed wrong and grout that's failed and coming apart since day 1. Countless hours on the phone, emails sent, wasted days waiting around to be stood up and have no one show up to fix our issue. I'm told there's only do many tile and floor companies and that ILG has such a stronghold on the industry, they don't really care about efficiency. This has to be illegal. I will be looking into legal advice with all the time I've wasted and not completing the job within a timely manner and not having reasonable issues. Their issue is, they don't care about the customer and could care less about completing warrantied work. I'm not sure if I'll have any luck, but it's worth a shot. They've caused my wife and I so much stress, anger, anxiety, and suffering to get this gone. Stay far away from this company! ILG, you haven't heard the last from me!!!

      Stay away from this company at all costs. First of all, their workmanship was horrible. We had to have them repair the tile work. Tile work was crooked, not centered, poor cuts and grouting. They chipped out 20% of our tiles and we still have a mess. Every time I look at the so-called finish product, it makes me sad and upset. On top of everything else their invoicing system is a mess. They called us a year and a half later to tell ** we owed them additional money and that they would turn ** into collections if we didnt pay. We thought we were paid up. We never received any additional invoices nothing. The onus was now on me to go back through a year and a half of credit card statements and canceled checks to see what we paid and possibly owed them. Who in their right mind waits a year and a half to invoice and call someone to collect money. Go somewhere else.

      Interior Logic Group has absolutely no respect for the homeowners time. We had a warranty repair scheduled for 8 am on Monday March 20th. The repair technician showed up at 1:30. At 4:30 he informed us that they did not give him enough material. Two boxes were ordered, one box was loaded. I asked to be the first appointment on Tuesday, the technician showed up at 12:30, started and within 30 minutes let us know they gave him the wrong material. Again, promised first appointment, it is now 11:30, no call no technician. Office doesn't answer the phone, messages not returned. The word apologize is utilized loosely and with no true meaning. The companies inability to schedule properly and communicate is costing me thousands of dollars in lost billable hours. Patience is a virtue, but it runs out when a company like Interior Logic is utterly disrespectful to their clients and their clients time. (Too bad, because their sub-contracted technician does amazing work)
