Object was to clear up some accounts. Initially, one amount was quoted that would start a small savings account for me. Then I was told the amount was not enough....had to increase. I did, in good faith. After a few weeks of hearing nothing and leaving several messages, I received a call that I needed to add more money. However, I had never received any info about the accounts contacted and was also told not to make any payments to them. I contacted one of the accounts and was told that they were never contacted. At this point, I cancelled my business with them. I was told by them to make sure to contact the accounts and let them know that I had resumed payments directly to them. Since I had not paid on any of the accounts, according to what Guardian told me, I incurred late fees and interest charges from the accounts which were not refundable.Although I was told that an account manager would get back to me, no one did until I made a pest of myself. Having been in business for several years, I find this to be unacceptable and totally non-professional. I told them that I was going to contact the BBB and did receive part of my initial investment.However, please let this serve as a warning. I had reviewed everything and thought it sounded like a good plan. Apparently not for me. Thank you.Guardian Litigation Group

You retained our firm in April 2025 to assist with the legal resolution of certain unsecured debts. As part of that process, you made a single deposit to your dedicated savings account. This amount never increased, and our firm did not assess or collect any fees. Your agreement was canceled less than a month later, and the balance of your savings account was returned to you by the administrator of that account, Forth Pay. **** confirms that your refund check was delivered on May 15, 2025. Because our engagement was in its early stages, negotiated settlement activity had not yet occurred. Each legal services engagement is unique, and the timing of creditor negotiations depends on factors like debt type, delinquency stage, and available funds. Our team carefully times negotiations to avoid premature escalation and to secure the best outcomes. We regret any frustration this caused and apologize if our communication during that time did not meet expectations. Its really difficult to trust cold calls or warm calls and robot calls but after receiving several calls from people that work with guardian litigation I finally decided to take the call and accept the help they were offering. It took a long process but stay calm and trust the process. Its been about 7 months but one of my credit cards is getting settled and I saved about $8000 from the payments. About $13000 in debt town to $5000. I think for the most part they negotiate eliminating the interest fees. Now Im waiting for 2 other credit cards to be helped.Guardian Litigation Group
