      I sent in the paperwork (fax on 4-25-22) for the loan modification as required. I called Loan Depot on 4-29-22. I was told that the loan modification paperwork was received, and a processor would be assigned to complete the paperwork. On 5-10-22, I called to check the status of the loan modification paperwork. I spoke with a gentleman that stated it could take up to 60 days to get an answer to the modification. The department that had to process the paperwork was behind. On 6-24-22, I called to follow-up on the status of the application again for the third time. I spoke to a different person. He stated that the paperwork still had not been processed, and he apologized. Furthermore, he stated that since it had been more than 60 days with the loan modification paperwork not being completed, he would escalate the situation. He explained to me that he was going to forward the paperwork over to his supervisor to complete. He scheduled a telephone appointment with me to speak with his supervisor on 6-28-22 at 4pm. This scheduled telephone conversation was notated in loan depot computer system. Unfortunately, I never received a telephone call from his supervisor. In addition on 6-24-22, I spoke with the payment department. The person that I spoke to said the loan modification paperwork was not complete. I followed up again on 7-11-22, after not receiving any updates from anyone at Loan Depot as previously stated. After speaking with an agent, the person on the phone said "You need to complete another loan modification application. I completed and faxed the application on 7-11-22. I followed up on 7-18-22, they said one page was missing. So, I completed a third modification application. I was still told that I would have to wait an additional 30 to 45 days to get an answer. Loan Depot has failed to complete my orginal application with no explanation as to why. They have started foreclosure proceedings, after failing to complete my modification. Loan #**********

      I had applied for a refinance loan and had to stop the loan process. I did this in advance of the 30 days of the loan process start date. I was told by loan officer ***** ******* that I would be all set. Now i received communication from loan depot of a denial. I would like this rectified please.

      I had been looking into securing a home equity line of credit. I used lending tree . Com and received many calls with offers go loans. This particular company loan depot called and I spoke with them **** ***** nlms#******* and she would not give me a quote on any rates they offered. I told her that we are done then and ended the phone call. Several days later I and my wife received a loan package in the mail with my and my wife’s ssn. I did not give her either number nor allow her permission to run my credit. When I called to find out what happened a recorded message said this is an attempt to collect a debt! I’m angry she ran my credit with out approval and my wife’s as well. I did not enter any agreement to a loan through this company.

      I have a mortgage with Loan Depot. They have put several payments toward principal in error and reported missed payments to my credit. I called immediately and was told that they have my payments and it was resolved. This went on from February and is still continuing. My credit has dropped 180 points and still counting, credit cards have dropped my credit limit and Loan Depot still does not fix it. I wtote a letter of error that was found in my favor. I was told the info on my credit and payments would be fixed. That was over 2 months ago and they are still reporting me as missed payments and now have been sending me letters that I am in default. When I call they say they have my payments. This is a never ending nightmare that is destroying my credit. Stay away from this mortgage company at all cost. They have had ample time to fix this and when I call they say they will do it. it never gets fixed, they have my money yet I am getting letters of defailult, They say they are going to send it up to a supervisor to escalate and I never hear anything back. My credit just keeps dropping.

      My home loan lender (Loan Depot) has repeatedly caused problems where I get letters that I don’t have insurance, am delinquent in property taxes etc. They are doing a shady shell game of changing addresses, which seems to cause everything to break. I have repeatedly tried to speak to someone to understand why these things keep happening but can’t get answers. I can only speak to the call center folks. My house has always had two parcels when I bought it and taxes have previously been paid for both parcels. Now they say my loan only has one parcel. Now I have the county sending me delinquent tax letters. I had to hand hold loan depot representative and initiate a three way call with my insurance company. Loan depot changed addresses and didn’t take into account all the things this would break and let it all fall on the responsibility of the customer. Each year it seems to be something new.

      I have tried for 5 months to set up automatic withdrawal for my mortgage payment. Each time, I receive a "success" statement on screen, as well as a letter by physical mail saying that I am set up. I then have recieved letters twice saying that I am deliquent and that I have $96.97 in late fees. This last time, they are telling me that they cannot waive the fee due to only being able to waive the fee once in a 12 month period. This is not acceptable. I'm also concerned about this going onto my credit report.

      I recently purchased a home with them in sept, my school property taxes were due 10 days after closing which were never paid. I pay my mortgage monthly on time every time. I was told my kids couldn't go to school until the taxes were paid so I first contacted them 5-24-22 and explained the situation. They said they would open a case to figure out what's going on. I've called them multiple times explaing the situation to them and 2 months have passed, 3 cases opened, and have still not resolved my issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me i would get a call back but no one called me back. Every time i call and speak to rep, they say they'll escalate the case. NOW i received a letter in the mail about a lien being placed on my property if i don't pay these taxes by Feb 2023. its as if i'm speaking another language or whatever i'm explaining to them is not acknowledged. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

      I recently requested a partial claim with the company. Sent back the paper work they requested me to sign and get notarized in the prepaid FedEx envelope they sent.
      Now they are saying I didn't send it back but I received details in the mail about a partial claim with the papers they are saying they didn't receive.
      I spoke to 2 representatives who said everything is okay and the issue is on their side. But today I received a call from loan depot basically calling me a liar and I never sent the papers back.

      This complaint is in regard to Loan Depot. Loan Depot carries the loan on my deceased Mothers account. ***** * ********** **** ** ****** ******** ** ****** *****'s account is in probate. I have attached the time line of all of the effort I have made to pay this account and bring current.


      I have all the paperwork I can send with the evidence of all my efforts to get a current bill. At this time they have not exactly told me that it is foreclosure, however the email from the "handler" is listed as a lawyers officer for foreclosure. To date we have received zero paperwork of anything stating account had been turned over to collections. This is all avoidable.

      Was given incorrect survey during home closing process did not realize until I was looking to build a fence and the survey has an address of several miles away! It blows my mind nobody bothered to check the address in the closing process.
