    It's horrible business I being long time doing surveys and doing surveys even sick driving almost with no gasoline to do a mission and buy a item in the store or another mission take pictures and plus do surveys and they don't want to pay the right amount what you earn the last time I do a mission I have to drive to a store spent my gasoline that I don't have because I don't work ,they already own me alot of money for example 28 dollars I still waiting for buying a item I finished the mission correctly and surveys too of 1.50 and 2.00 and 1.00 they don't want to pay you know what they do pay 10 cents sometimes like nothing happening when I take my time them I message them alot they are rude they don't want to help the last time I have to wait one week to redeem 11.dollars when it's never happened and some of them they are not professional and rude they don't care don't want to help you don't do this surveys go to another one honest and kind and professional and there telephone number don't work no one help you in life am tired of this business only want our opinions and missions free they don't want to pay most of the time just when they want too,am not even what you earn they are fair

    I we like to received all the time i spent in this app am i we like to received a reward that i deserved dealing with this company rude and not good am so dissatisfied and i will not recomend ever this company to no one please a advice change and pay the amount that us deserved after finish all missions and surveys this company should be happy that have our opinions and stop holding or pending the money we deserved and do by taking our time

At the time your accounts were deleted, there were no pending payments or unreleased payouts on either account.We would like to reiterate that upon submitting a **************** request through the app, users are notified that any unredeemed cash balance would be forfeited, in line with our Terms of Use. Furthermore, as stated in our Terms, the use of the Surveys On The Go app requires the establishment of a single account per person, and maintaining multiple accounts is against our policy.Regarding pending incentives, as outlined in Section 4, "EARNING SOTG INCENTIVES," of our Terms of Use, there is no specific timeframe set for the release of pending incentives.     I completed two surveys on 07/02/2024 and 07/12/2024 one is for $2 and the other is for $1.50 and I want to know is there any reason why it is not been posted to my account because I will write a review on these issue. It is not fair that I spend my time doing these surveys and to post it in my account is a problem. I have never seen a survey that takes this long to post on people's accounts, you people just do your job when you feel like it. That is bad business. Please do not do a survey for this site because it take them 5days to one week to check one survey so you will be cashing out your $10 on a monthly basis, the minimum cash out is $10 and you can only cash out once a week.
