  *************************** owner of Optimyze Digital, Overnight Leads, and Digital Odyssey is a complete fraud. I still can't believe I fell victim to this man. $90k down the toilet for a shopify store that never paid a dime. Man owes alot of people and its unfortunate that anyone has done business with him. I will survive but what a ****** to learn. Don't do business with him or any of these fraudulent companies. I just cant' believe that Im one of his victims :(. It's people like this that make it harder for the honest man to get ahead. I hope he is found and sent to jail for a long time.

  Same exact story as everyone below. Repeated promises of ACH payments, shopify store and funnel shut down, etc. I think he was trying but couldn't pull it off and now the whole thing has gone south for everyone.

  This "business" is a complete rip off and have fraudulently taken over $5,500.00 from me! I want my money back but they have dissolved their company and now I am out of my investment. I worked hard for my money and I want it back!

  Horrible company, do NOT waste your time. They dragged me along for a year owing me $10k+. ***************************, (here is his linked in: **************************************************), should be arrested and not able to start another business ever again. It's clear he owes hundreds of people money at this point and it is a total ponzi scheme. He has been unresponsive since I called him out and told him I would get lawyer involved. All of his texts and calls have been full of lies. always have an emergency or a "problem" with his family. For anyone else reading this it a massive waste of money so do not invest. Also if you have fallen victim of this ponzi scheme and get a signed operating agreement promising refund like I do, I would suggest getting a lawyer to draft up a letter & then take ************************************************************* to ARBITRATION COURT to go after their assets. If I could give 0 starts I *****% would.

  April 2020 I invested ****** He guaranteed me ROI plus 50% if we did not have a successful Shopify store The Shopify store was not successful and he kept his word on agreement And returned me 30k initial investmentAnd plus an additional $15,000 Now he says hes got a new proposal on monthly cash flow of 3-5% plus a successful store by the end of 12 month April 2023 Well he did not perform on the monthly cash flow and we received $8000 back by November So we told him sense the contract was in breach due to the non payment in monthly cash flow we wanted to withdraw.He wrote up a revised proposal stating he would pay the ******* back by 11/15 And 3% weekly additional interest for any late payment.Its almost June now and hes acclimating over 90k in unpaid interest I have 2 baby girls and Ive broke my back trying to resolve this I desperately need recommendation On legal counsel Im going to make sure this happens to nobody ever again Ive got nothing left to lose its destroyed my family and I know that this has to be Ponzi scheme and I should have done better DD.That fact that he followed through on the first investment gave me confidence ** would perform.Obviously there are liquidity issues and something is up.Please any advise on council would be appreciated Please anyone feel free to reach out to me

  Contract breach, LIARS, keep giving excuses, shouldnt take an year for an ACH transfer. I have lost everything believing in them. I am bankrupt. I invested over 50k with them. All my savings. There seem to be no response at all.

  ABSOLUTE SCAM. Stay away from this company. They sold me on the idea of affiliate marketing and I decided to invest in that part of their business. What drove me to write this review is not necessarily that they did not deliver on their promise, but the fact that they are breaching our contract. I can live with making a bad investment here and there, but they are very dishonest people and do not honor written contracts. I have been trying to collect the $8,000 they still owe me. Seeking legal action next as I have given them 8 months to rectify the situation. STAY AWAY from ***************************, *******************************, and ************. Absolute scum.

  DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Passive Scaling was warned three times for selling the Goli Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies product illegally. This was just one of many products in which this warning was issued. Whenever we reached out about this issue, we were pacified with a multitude of replies assuring us that this issue was either resolved or being handled. We found this to be false; after a minimum of 100 complaints from clients not receiving their items, ******* contacted the company that our account had been suspended indefinitely, and we would need to dispute the suspension as well as provide a plan on how we would remedy the problem. Obviously, this brought up major concerns to my business partner and I because we paid Passing Scaling 30k to do a job that they were supposed to be professionals at. Nevertheless, we are still stuck with the company. Once again, we were assured that this issue would be resolvedit wasnt, our account is permanently closed with Wal-Mart, and we are no longer able to use our seasoned LLC account due to this lack of attention. In addition, the contract we signed was for a ******* store, not an Amazon store which is what passive scaling remedied the closing of our ******* store with. The initial payment from us to passive scaling would have been less than 30k if we had decided to go with an amazon store. We received no refund when the amazon store was created, and we also were never given a new contract for this Amazon store. Essentially, we dont even have a legal contract between us and passive scaling for you to manage an amazon store for us. This is illegal. We are seeking legal representation.

  Complete scam. They sold a done-for-you Amazon eCommerce store. Now 11 months in, profit has been ~12% of what they projected. They recently deleted their ****** Reviews profile because of how terrible their reviews are. Proceeding with legal action soon.
