On February 16, 2023, BBB investigated Optimyze Digital LLC's business practices. This investigation was prompted by the nature of consumer complaints received by BBB. Customers alleged through their reports to BBB that the business fails to deliver the promised return on investment and fails to uphold the guaranteed buyout agreement when the return on investment is not met by the business.
On February 17, 2023, BBB sent the company a Business Practice Inquiry through e-mail to request the following information:
- A copy of your contract;
- A copy performance/money-back guarantee and any exception to the buyout agreement;
- How consumers are notified about the process of their investment status;
- A list of vendors or other companies your company partners with to fulfill your programs and services''
