    This is a company which offers AI resume improvement, and also claim to partner with businesses as a resume submission website. The job submission aspect of the website is obviously designed to train its AI by also using AI to create fake job listings for Fortune 500 companies, so that people with impressive resumes upload them then have their data stolen. I included a screenshot of the fake job listing. It was a quantum researcher position for *** based in *********, **. It clearly doesn't exist. And it's not just stale and removed from the *** website. On second look, the text reads as AI generated, doesn't match the tone of any actual *** website job descriptions, and *** as a company do not hire for positions like this in *********, ***After reading reviews from others, I have found MANY stating that they eventually began reaching out to recruiters for jobs they applied for through Jobzmall, only to be told that the position never existed and the company doesn't work with Jobzmall.I uploaded my resume before realizing what was going on, and I guess now it's being used for training data. This website is tricking people into wasting time to apply for AI generated jobs that don't exist, and then stealing their data for AI training. This company has already been sued once for impersonation and needs to be shut down.

    This issue is regarding privacy information being posted on the Internet and repeatedly requesting the removal and then in any of their third-party.JobzMall *************************************** PDF ***** ***** ***** *****. ******************** ************ cell/text Dear JobzMall Team,I am writing to formally request the immediate removal of any and all personal information associated with my name, ***** *****, from your platform, including but not limited to my email address, phone number, and ********* has come to my attention that my private data may be publicly accessible or improperly handled, and I consider this a serious breach of my privacy. Despite previous attempts to have this issue resolved, no adequate action has been taken.Please consider this a final notice. If my personal information is not removed promptly, I will be forced to explore legal action under applicable data protection ******** may confirm the completion of this request by replying to this message.

    I signed up for an account on 5/2/24 configured MFA and began setting up my account. I filled in my job history, uploaded my resume and even applied for a position using Jobzmall.The next day I attempted to log bac in and was informed that my account was suspended. I emailed their "Appeals" e-mail and received no reply as to the reasoning. After several e-mails and finally a statement that I would contact governing agencies I received an terse reply stating that the reason was "obvious", I did use a reputable e-mail provider. I rebutted, no reply. I reviewed the Jobzmall ToS, no policy coming close to their reasoning. As I respect their right to decline service I chose to just request deletion of my personal information from their systems. I received no reply to theses requests.My e-mail exchanges is documented in the attached e-mails. What I want are the following:* Sworn validation that my personal information was removed from Jobzmall completely.* Sworn validation that my information was not sold or shared with third parties other than the single application I submitted.* Update of Jobzmall ToS to accurately reflect their policies.
