    Purchased a mattress in 2020 it was so good we purchased another one for our RV... November 2024 we purchased the exact same mattress... However is a far cry from the one from 2020... Contacted customer service only to be told they made manufacturing changes !!! Terrible mattress !!!! Will never do business again with Dynasty Mattress !!!

    Bought a split king adjustable with the best memory foam mattresses, ( about $ 2900 ) in 3 years both sides have depressions in the middle we are not heavy people 180+ 190 lbs I have repeatedly called them at the 2 phone numbers ( for weeks) the answering machine answers , says your call is important , plays elevator music , and instructs you to call back ? The other phone # instructs you to leave a message which I have repeatedly have trued for 3 weeks have never gotten through to a person , nor has any one returned a call . Once it is evidently paid for ( ( your on your own )) if your anticipating ordering from this company ( try to call them ) first ! Then use common sense .

    If I could give Dynasty Mattress and its products no stars, I would. Bought in 2022, I believe. Right away I was disappointed in the features of the bed frame. The speakers sound like an old transistor radio, the *** charging ports dont charge (they did for a day or two), the lumbar feature cant even be felt, and the massage feature is laughable. Its just annoying. The mattress itself is hard as a rock even though we ordered softer mattresses, and customer service is non-existent. I called and emailed and emailed and called. Could not get info to return. I finally read the paperwork about the 120-day try-out guaranteewe could return it within 120 daysAT OUR EXPENSE. That part was NOT in the ad when we bought the bed, or we never would have purchased it. Talk about deceptive practices! We have a California King and the 2 bases are hella heavy. AND wed have to find our own freight company and yadda yadda. What legitimate company has a 120 day return policy and then makes the CUSTOMER pay big bucks to return???? I just wish Id kept my old, non-adjustable tempurpedic. ****** learned.

    We bought a cool Breeze gel mattress. med firm. I have slept on extra firm mattresses that were softer then this one. Worst Mattress ever sidewalk gives a better sleep. They take your money and you can never talk to them for return. I would say don't buy from them you will be sorry. I will give this rating a neg. 1 since we were scammed ************ should be shut down.

    Horrible customer service. They took my money and then ghosted me. On the website they claim that they have a warranty and returns accepted. They also claim that when you reach out they return calls/emails within 24 hours. Complete lies. I have reached out multiple times and have had only one response, which took 3 days. When I responded to that, its now been a week and no response from them. No one will answer their phone. You are immediately told to leave a message, which will never get returned. So tired of companies taking money & then having no responsibility beyond that. The owners should be ashamed. Will never order from them again. Now I am stuck with a mattress that I will never use. Completely been scammed.

    I purchased an adjustable split king *** frame from this company and now one side of the *** will not raise or lower. Followed their process to file a warranty claim and they were quick to respond asking me to send them a video of the *** not working. I sent them the video. That's when all communication stopped. I have followed up daily for a week now and have not heard anything from this company. I have called the phone number several times and never spoken to anyone or been able to leave a message. If you need an additional reports of Dynasty handling warrantee claims like mine just search the Better Business Bureau. Fortunately I have access to free legal services so I am currently in the process of worker with a lawyer to remedy the situation.

    We purchased a mattress, we received a small box 2 lbs with the label of the mattress. No mattress we called to speak and tell them we didnt received our mattress. They said sent the small box back which we did and had to pay shipping 25 dollars. We want to be refunded for our original mattress and theres no one to speak with . They said sent us pictures, tracking number, company you shipped it back with , which we did and still have no resolution with this product ! Very bad customer service and company! We will never Purchase from this company ever again!!!!! You cannot talk to anyone from this company!!!!
