5 starsWorking with ClaimTek has been more enlightening than I expected! They hand-hold you through the entire set up process, and even make presentations and provide leads for your personal business along the way, which I didn't expect! Marketing brochures and all materials you will need are provided in your initial package.***** is the best! He helps with anything you may need. I had ***** and ****** for trainers for DentOffice and MedOffice, and not a single stone was left unturned! I was left completely confident with both systems and both told me that they would be happy to help me with any questions I had upon initial setup of clients! I had a marketing call with *****, who has many wonderful ideas on how to attract clients! I'm so glad I went with ClaimTek. This is my future!Review fromTom C

5 starsTo date, our training experience with ClaimTek has been nothing short of outstanding. We have completed introductory training and materials review with ******************** (whose overall guidance and direction has been terrific), MedOffice training with ***************************, and approximately half of our marketing training with both ************************* and *****. Each training module has been honed and refined to be information-packed yet succinct, and the efforts of each of the trainers has been superb. Not only has each trainer been well-versed in his or her respective subject matter, each has indicated and demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that the material is not only understood, but fast-tracked toward mastery. Any questions of ours have been clearly and directly addressed and answered, and each trainer has been more than willing to put in as much extra time as we need to ensure that, ultimately, we will be outstanding and responsible representatives of the ClaimTek system. There clearly is a level of sophistication with ClaimTek trainers that far exceeds many training programs with which we have been involved - and our level of appreciation cannot be overstated. 5 stars"We are very happy with all the support ClaimTek provided so far. In particular, ***** has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions and surprised us with creating a logo for our company and few marketing materials. Not to mention that he is always available via phone call and email. We are also very happy with ******* office training as well as *********** training. 5 starsIt was a difficult decision for me to jump into a new business that I knew very little about. However, with the training and mentoring I have received from ClaimTek, I am confident that my medical billing business will be a massive success. The one-on-one training and education I have received has been phenomenal. The ClaimTek staff are professional, patient and have an immense knowledge of the medical and dental industries. I have been through many educational and training programs throughout my real estate career and I have yet to see a program that compares to ClaimTek. Our experience to date with ClaimTek has been exceptional! The training process is effective and you can continue to practice while starting out on the path to building your business. The process that ClaimTek has designed for its licensees is amazing, with training, support, answers to questions, along with idea sharing and brainstorming. It truly has been an outstanding experience working with *****, ******, ***** & *****, there really is nothing but positive things to say about ClaimTek and the team of folks my husband and I have worked with. My husband and I made the decision to go into the practice management and medical billing field with no experience. Since choosing ClaimTek we have not looked back once, and ClaimTek has been behind us 100%. We are just beginning our journey AND we look forward to continuing our work with ClaimTek!

My husband and I made the decision to enter the medical billing industry with no experience in the field whatsoever and looked around for different software and companies that were available. After watching reviews online about Claimtek and the support they provided to licensees, we felt fairly confident that they would be the right choice for us. We can honestly say that we did not expect the level of support that we have received so far. It has far exceeded our expectations. Their setup process is very streamlined and for every question, you will have there is already an answer. Each trainer has been extremely professional, and easy to reach and they respond so quickly to emails and phone calls that you almost feel as if you have a support team that works only for you. We have now completed the training process and are ready to begin customer acquisition. Our dedicated support person and his team have given us such a detailed blueprint for this that any doubt or concern we might have had that this will be successful is gone.ClaimTek LLC

Everyone I have worked with has been with the company for many years and has extensive knowledge on every aspect of the business. Not to mention the software it is great and easy to use. The software was unbelievably user friendly and efficient! The two ladies I trained with for ********** (****************) and ************* **************) were FABULOUS!!!!! Not only were they fun to work with but they were super knowledgeable and repeatedly checked to make sure I was comfortable and retaining what I needed to for both software programs.
