    On 09/02/23, we contacted Best Care Appliance Service to address a problem with our refrigerator, where foods in the refrigerator compartment were freezing. We expected a professional diagnosis and resolution to this issue. However, the technician dispatched to our home spent a mere 10 minutes examining the refrigerator before concluding that there was no problem with it. The technician's solution was to power off the refrigerator and let it defrost for ***** hours. We complied with this recommendation and paid the $75.00 fee in cash.To our dismay, this "solution" did not resolve the problem. On 09/05/23, we contacted the company again via text message to report that the issue persisted. The technician suggested extending the defrost period to 48 hours, despite our doubts about the effectiveness of this approach. The technician assured us that if this did not resolve the issue, a refund of the $75.00 would be processed.Following the extended defrost period and reactivation of the refrigerator, the problem remained unresolved. On 09/10/23, I contacted Best Care Appliance Service to inform them that their initial diagnosis and recommendations did not rectify the issue. At this point, they confirmed that a refund of the $75.00 would be issued via check.Regrettably, it is now October 1, 2023, and despite numerous attempts to reach out to the company to inquire about the status of the refund, I have received no response or communication. This lack of response is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable.I hired Best Care Appliance Service with the expectation of receiving a competent and thorough diagnosis of the problem with our refrigerator. Instead, I received vague advice and empty promises, leading to continued inconvenience and a waste of time and money.I hereby request that they promptly refund the $75.00 fee paid for the service call, as previously promised by their technician.

    Best Care Appliance Service was called and came to our home on 2/10/23 to provide an estimate for a repair of a noisy refrigerator (Model KSSC42MHS00); at a cost of $75. As the "inspection" (done with a flashlight) took only a couple of minutes at most, we also asked to look at a SECONDARY problem of minor issue with the ice maker. The representative provided ONLY a quote of $2,000 to $4,500 for the (compressor) noise fix; HOWEVER on the Invoice (# ****) ONLY provided for a quote for the Icemaker (which is NOT the primary issue for the call). I contacted within less than 24 hours via text and direct call (which went straight to voicemenai); however the representative has NOT provided a response. The payment made to the representative was for $75 via check. We need a timely resolution as the noice is unacceptable. Thank you
