    The company sent me a Mylk machine. I used it for the first time Jan 31st, it was default and spilled scalding water all over my counter and when I tried to move it into a pan to catch the water that was pouring out, I got scalding water spilled on my arm. I wrote the company with photos and videos of this happening. They wanted more videos of the machine, so I sent them the videos requested. They did not reach out for a few days, so I followed up yesterday saying I wanted a refund. They stated, and I have the email, "because the machines are faulty" I was eligible for a refund but Have to use the product and demonstrate it's faultiness for 7 days. I wrote back asking, since they said it was faulty already and I really did not want to get burned trying to prove that their faulty machine was faulty again, can they use the photos and videos already provided? They told me no, that I need to document it for 7 days. This is a safety issue. Scalding water is pushing the faulty lid up and spewing scalding water all over. I don't understand with the proof I have, and the email saying the company is already calling it faulty, why I have to continue to put myself in ***** way trying to prove something that they already admitted was faulty for my refund. If it wasn't a safety issue and something was just not working, I could understand needing more proof, but this is scalding water spewing and creating a hazard and the company is not concerned at all

    Unfortunately this customers complaint if for a different company. We closed our doors and went out of business in the last quarter of 2023. Even if this purchase was prior to that, we manufactured and distributed beverages, not equipment.
