      The advertising is extremely misleading. There needs to be a lawsuit with the **** The advertising says they close loans no one else can & that they do not look at income. They do look at income & that was the reason I was denied. They made me go through a 2 month process making me take an 8 hour class pay $75 for the class & $950 for an apprasial. From what I experienced its a scam with no intention of helping people get loans but for them to scout the best properties. They denied me saying another loan I had was in forbearance or delinquent. The loan was paid up front for 2 ********* could have paid the interest if needed to be qualified for the loan & told them this. They made me go through this long process of missing work & I was not delinquent on any mortgage loans the bank of that current loan even supplied a statement I was not. I supplied statements of all payments on the ********* was current.
