      I purchased a SENA 10s headset a couple years ago, and when I first used it, it seemed loose. However, it I had no reference to compare it to so I used as is just once and put it back in the box until I had a chance for another group ride in the future. Recently pulled it out for a group ride and remembered that it was loose the first time I used it. Upon closer inspection, it appears that one of the thin clips that secures the headset to the helmet is broken. Contacted SENA customer service, supplied all the requested paperwork and pictures, twice, only to be informed that they would not repair or replace this item because I had just passed the warranty. Even though I have all the original paperwork and the item is pristine, i.e. clearly not used more than once, they still refused to support this item. As such, Im left with an expensive, these are hundreds of dollars, unusable piece of plastic and electronics from SENA. I understand that this could be a one-off as a result of the SENA manufacturing process. That is why I am willing to spend my valuable time working with SENA customer service to take care of this issue. However, based on the apparent runaround that I have encountered in my experience working with SENA customer service, Im extraordinarily disappointed in SENA and cannot recommend this companys products over competitors. Had this been a battery issue or a normal wear and tear issue, I would understand. Had this issue been realized sooner I wouldve submitted a full complaint.

      Purchased 2 R1 helmets and put in a code for their military discount. SENA website verified that I was entitled to this through ID.me and a discount was reflected on the check-out page. However, when I pushed buy now, discount disappeared and I was charged full price. Five calls to SENA over the past 5 weeks in which they said a number of military and veterans were complaining about the same issue, but no resolution. In addition to calls, sent multiple contact emails to customer service. Their check-out page cancels military discount when you ********* Now.

      They have terrible customer service. They would leave my case as unresponsive when I'm trying to troubleshoot my Sena SMH10R. Where is the customer service? This is my ************************** and I can't get a hold of anyone there. I wouldn't recommend buying from them just due to customer servic.e

      Would give zero stars if I could We spent almost $2000 on 4 headsets and 2 helmet mounts and they absolutely will not pair. The product description says they sync with up to 4 sets - this is not true. We have spent hours trying to get them to work - we only got the 4th unit to sync for 5 minutes. Contacted customer service 3 times and had 3-4 other "technological" people try and help - they just gave up and so have we.Talked to other businesses in our sector and they had the exact same problem. Called for a refund through Amazon and they sent us to Sena. We were told that we can only get new units through our warranty (even though their product descriptions are false). What good are new units if they don't work? Do not buy this product!
