      I contacted Linksys for support for one of their WIFI routers. After speaking with a support tech, it was decided that I needed to upgrade my router. So, after a discussion with the tech, I decided to buy a Linksys MX2001 router at a final price of $127.79 out the door. The next day I went online to my credit union to review my purchase. When I looked at my account, Linksys not only charged me for the one router in the amount of $127.79, but they also charged me for another router in the amount of $135.78 which I did not authorize. When I called them to let them know what they had done, they said that there is nothing they can do about it. And if I wanted to get my money back, I would have to bring it to a *** store. Well, the nearest *** store is 12 miles away, one way. I asked them to cover my gas to go there and they refused to do that. All of their call centers are in ***************. You cant talk to anyone in *******. This is the mindset of Linksys, on the cheap Hearable customer service and will not take responsibility for their actions. The last router I will buy from Linksys. They need to make good on what they did. I should have to pay a ***** more than I have.

      Purchased from best buy the BEST ROUTER they had I was told , have had problems from day 1 . it is being used in a wood home ! The mother node is 12 feet from the 1st node ,only a hard wood floor separates them ! the 2nd node is 28 feet from the 1st node ? I have(( ***** )) HOURS in calls to *************** many calls they always say it is fixed , if never is !! the nodes continually turn red . Paid over ****** fot this worthless piece of c*** , Now they tell me it is out of warranty and they can not replace it ? BOUGHT IN AMERICA , NO SERVICE NUMBER IN AMERICA , NO MANAGMENT IN AMERICA ? = RIP OFF

      They are garbage. Products and most if all support. I purchased an Atlas pro mess system 3 nodes. 2 nodes connect 3rd one will not connect. Regardless of what I do.So I called the number on web site and spoke with , ill be kind, a person somewhere in *****. After reading a script to me he then tried to "hard" sell me a 300 dollar a year subscription. The balls! Well it's been 3 months and 3rd node will never connect. I have been a linksys customer for over 20 years. With that said I will be buying the best 2022 mess system and never again a linksys product. I will be tossing the 3 nodes out the 2nd floor window and smashing them with a sledgehammer. FU linkshit!

      Not a reliable company. Called tech support and showed me all the devices that were connected, thought I didn't know they were my devices, security camera's etc. Tried to sell me a $400 security package. I laughed an hung up.

      I purchased a router from Linksys March 19th of 2021. Shortly after I received the router, the router signal started dropping randomly. I called Linksys, they performed the troubleshooting, made a few configuration changes. My router did not drop as much. September of 2022, on the 14th, my router began dropping again. I tried troubleshooting, I called **************** (3) times. Each Tech offered recommendations. I followed the instructions. The results showed that the problem was with the router. Even speaking to my Cable carrier, and they ran test. The problem still remained with the router. The last call was Thursday night at 11:00pm. Linksys called to run more troubleshooting. No change. They recommended I pay for another router with a 15% discount. My warranty ended. However, I do feel that $379.00 is a lot for a router to only last less than (2) years. I am request a full refund. I will settle for $300.00 to allow me to purchase a new router. I have reached out to resolve this matter, but in the end it was not resolved to my satisfaction.

      I have purchased a Linksys WUSB6300 V2. When I have installed the required software and tested it out, the wifi was okay and it only dropped the connection every minute or so (which is still terrible but it gets worse). After about a week, the wifi was cutting out for about **** seconds (ping from videogames went as high as *****), and then I am able to play for about 1-3 seconds before it cuts out again. Because of this, I decided to reinstall the software, but when I reinstalled the software, the lights of my product seem to not be lighting up. I have contacted customer support about this. After discussing the problems I was having with my product, they said they will record this problem, and then proceeded to just hang up right afterwards. TLDR: Terrible product quality, ever worse customer service.
