      The company was offering a reward bonus if you opened a credit card and spent 1000$ with in 90 days you earned 4 nights at a hotel. I opened an account in order to earn that bonus. The application had a count down to the expiration of the deal. I made over the 1000$ charges by the count down (11/13/24). However it stated I was 5 dollars away from the goal (made around 994$ in charges). I contacted customer service and after some time they stated that charges haven't posted in time for the fees to be met. When I inquired how not they stated the 90days was different than the count down listed on the application. **************** stated they say the count down date was different but they could not do anything or transfer me to someone who could assist with resolving the issue. I worked twords meeting the 1000$ charges by the date listed on the application expiration date. I far exceeded the 1000$ by the date (11/13/24).
