I would not recommend using college works. They told me a veteran would be working on my job. He was not. Then they did a poor job. It looks like my bathroom was vanilized. Tried to have the supervisor take care of it and he kept making promises to come out and kept rescheduling. Complete regret

I highly recommend College Works for exterior painting. Wynston explained the entire process. His communication as to dates and times was accurate. Christian and Connor ( the painters) were very respectful and committed to their high standards. They answered all my questions and didn’t stop until the job was done to the highest of standards. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this company again!College Works Painting

College students scraping, painting, contracting, (and managing)Where's the professor? ************* did not follow lead remediation laws and made excuses for why they didn't.They only provided their lead cert. numbers when I told them it was one of the reasons I withheld the final payment. They tried upselling poor-quality work (you bought the wrong paint [from us]) until I read the contract back to them and used their words against them. If you decide to go with this company ( I would never again), Keep them on a short leash, watch them like a hawk, and hold them to their contract. Do not pay until you are happy with the work or like me, tired of their excuses and seeing them hang around trying to convince you this is their best work.College Works Painting

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I apologize for the frustrations youve experienced. Regarding the paint job, our branch manager, visited the site multiple times to ensure thorough cleanup, and weve sent a video to your email from June 20th showing no visible paint chips. Concerning lead containment, if proper procedures were not followed, we take this seriously and will investigate further. The gift card was offered as a small gesture to improve your experience, but we understand it might not be sufficient. We will be reaching out to continue making sure we achieve your satisfaction. Kevin and his crew were great to work with. They were timely, communicated their progress, consistently kept us in the loop and were extremely professional to do business with. They also gave us fair pricing and did not try to upsell or add on additional costs.College Works Painting

We first with Sam, college works rep about getting our deck painted. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He completely explained all aspects of the plan. When we would call with questions he responded immediately. The crew was amazing and efficient. They worked tirelessly. The first day 10 1/2 hours. Actually I never saw them take a break. They were extremely careful not to get paint on the trex flooring. Sincerely appreciate their work. Cleanup was great. Love the finished product. We would highly recommend this program. June 2024 Review of College Works Painting and Molly ****** We met Molly in March of 2024 and were impressed by her enthusiasm. We were also impressed by her attention to what we wanted and expected. She explained clearly what she and her team would deliver, and respectfully asked for our business. She stayed in touch as the winter ended. When the weather finally cooperated, she did the power wash of our house, and the whole crew arrived a couple days later to paint. She was always onsite, keeping us informed and supervising her crew. We were her first project, and she had an experienced team lead on the job with her. Molly was focused, coaching her team and making sure the site was clean and tidy. The crew did a great job – the house looks great. Molly’s enthusiasm, listening skills and attention to detail made it a treat to have her and her team paint our house. We would recommend Molly ****** and College Works. ************College Works Painting

I would highly recommend College Works painting, Phil K********* team specifically. Their work was good, they were timely and polite, and their price was reasonable for the job. When I first met with Phil, I was impressed with his methodical and clear explanation of College Works’ procedure for surface preparation, painting, and working on heights, which is an issue with my 2 ½ story home. I could see that Phil was truly a college student—as the name of the painting company suggested—but I was skeptical as to where he would recruit the rest of his team. My skepticism was unwarranted: they were all students at a local university. Whenever I had complaints or questions about the painting work, Phil was exceptionally responsive and made sure that things were finished to my satisfaction. The work took longer than I thought it would—about 10 days—but that was largely due to weather delays. The College Works crew was very dedicated, often putting in 10-hour days and even working over the Memorial Day weekend to get the job done. My home is vintage 1908, so nothing is perfect about the siding, but the painting is great! I have already had many compliments from the neighbors, and it’s thanks to Phil and his team.College Works Painting

Kevin and the College Works Painting team recently painted our house exterior and did an excellent job! We were very impressed with their attention to detail and how they went above and beyond to communicate with us and ensure we were pleased with every aspect of the job. The team was skilled, quick, efficient, and thorough. The house looks great and we already have received lots of compliments on the paint job and how well done it looks!
