    In May 2015, I had pavers installed by Patios by B&B in my front and back yard. Last year during the rainy season, there were areas in my back yard where the ground has sunk and the water is not draining into the drains properly. I asked *********************** (owner) to come and remedy the problem. From February until November 2023, ****************** promised that he would come over to assess the situation. He cancelled on me more times than I can count over those months. I sent both his office and the other office in ****** certified letters in mid November asking them to remedy my flooding situation before December 31, 2023. I have heard nothing from either office. I have paperwork stating that there is a lifetime warranty on the labor of the pavers which includes, breaking, SINKING, cracking, etc. The sink holes are causing the water to drain into ***************** room and towards my home and I need them fixed but nobody at this company will respond to me. I am hoping that you can intervene before I have to get another company to fix them and then have to go to court to recoup the costs the outside company will charge me.
