    17 days of not receiving our daily funds from them would put any restaurant out of business. This company, including their *** who signed us, ******* *******, is a total rip-off job. A friend reffered him to us and all he does is use him to talk to us instead of helping us. They have terrible, confusing customer service, and they cannot be trusted whatsoever. We just found out from other merchant services how bad their ***utation is. They need to be put out of business ****. Now I know why restaurants go out of business so easily. Avoid Swipeport at all cost!

    If I could give them zero stars I would. The team is not only unknowledgeable, they are unresponsive and condescending. The sales representative promised local support and against my better judgment I fell for it. They are the worst merchant processing company I have ever encountered. Please dont sign on with them; you will regret it. They are obviously in business just to make money and could care less about their customers or the service they provide.

    This company is a total bait and switch!!! Please are businesses beware.they will constantly call you and be on top of things at first to earn your buisness . Then it will be literally impossible to reach them . I have had a problem and cant contact anyone. They continue to tell me they will call me back and i never get any response. In the mean time i am losing money. Please dont make the mistake and give them your buisness learn from my mistake .
