    I purchased mine in October 2023. Installed in November 2023. May 2023 all three failed. No light. Called customer support. Gave the 30 day money back line. NO help. This company and product is a scam and I would stay away from both!!!!!!

    My units stopped working. No indicator light?They consider their 30 day money back guarantee to be their warranty its basically a tailgate warranty once the truck leaves their dock its over?They dont stand behind their product so why would anyone want to deal with them. Amazon is my next place to complain.. lets see if Amazon can set this supplier straight selling terrible product.

    I bought 3 of these products...in October , now its April all 3 are not working !!, I called the company.....yup,only 30 day guarantee. I tried everting.....the guy would not budge.....just.... have a nice day . What a joke ....Im out ****** !!!

    We bought The Pest Defence devices for a mice problem, and within 6 months, 4 of the 5 devices are no longer working. Their website says the devices should last 3 to 5 years. These clearly do not last anywhere near what is advertised. When I contacted them, they replied that they only do refund or replacements within 30 days, so we are out more than $100. (If I had paid an extra $24 on top of the $130 I paid, they may have replaced them for 3 years.) DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE.
