    Zero stars. They send the box - but if you choose not to use their services - AS IN do not send any photos to be scanned? NO refund - so even though you change your mind and dont send photos to scan - too bad - no refund - so they charge you for a service they are NOT providing. How is this legal? It shouldnt be.Imagine booking an appt but then cancelling and still having to pay the full cost of a service they arent providing - yep!This company is terrible. Why did I choose not to use them once I received the box? Well the directions and instructions were so beta that I got nervous - looked up reviews and immediately regretted choosing them. I offered to pay the fee of shipping the box they sent (a free **** box) - but nope - spent 395$ for nothing. Im actually glad I chose not to use them given their customer service and policy - I would rather eat $400 than trust them with my photos.
