    I made a transaction with *********** for $2,435.37 and Im trying to return it but their stupid system TRE the Retail Equation is denying my return I want all my information removed from their data base and would like to return my products to ********** they were for my grandmother she owns a cooking business and she couldnt kid them up the stairs so I have to return it via *** because the nearest ********** is far from me

    On 02/17/2023 I went to TJ Maxx to return a purchase made couple of weeks ago and was informed that I was permanently banned from making returns.Prior to this, I have never been made aware that there was an issue with making returns (their policy expressly allows returns without receipt), nor was I given a warning. There is nothing in my history that would indicate fraud. Ive been a loyal customer for number of years and spent much more than return. When I called customer service second time to request RAR their operator was very rude.Effectively, I was banned from making returns without a proper warning. if I had known that this was a possible outcome, I would have insisted that option for e-mailing my receipts is working for me. Many times when I requested e-mail receipt it was not available at the moment. I stopped using it. My fault that I was not keeping receipts, but I can assure that all my purchases were made on the credit card and can be retrieved from the credit card statements. In addition, when I received RAR I surprisingly saw that all my gifts to others that I provided a gift receipts for, when they were returned to the store they were posted as my own returns without receipt. I dont think, this is fair. I ask BBB to help me in this matter and really appreciate your time and effort in advance. Regards,***** Transaction *****************

    I was told to contact The Retail Equation on 2/14/23 due to attempting to exchange items at ********* I had a receipt that had pretty much been through it all and the associate could not make out the information it needed to process the return. The associate suggested that we do a "no receipt" return. After attempting to process the return it was denied and I was told to call TRE. I was under the impression that I was supposed to call and get clearance to process the return. That is not at all what happened. The person that I spoke to was rude and uninformative. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was denied. When I asked for an email for a supervisor I was denied. When I asked to speak to another representative I was still denied. They don't tell you why they won't allow you to return your items, you're only told that you can dispute it and it can take 3-4 weeks. I tried to explain to the representative that I was speaking with that I had a receipt in hand but it, unfortunately, was not legible and I was told that wasn't acceptable and that it should be. I want my name out of this system immediately. This company absolutely deserves its F rating and ******** as well for dealing with this company.

    On 02/18/23 I was denied a return at *************** The return items were 6 dead Mexican Fan Palms that were purchased on 03/13/22 and should all be covered under the one-year dead plant return policy as listed on ************ website. The purchase of the items on 01/13/22 was done with a combination of a **** card issued by my bank and store credit. Upon being denied the return I asked for an explanation and was told that the store had no control of the matter once the return had been denied. I was given a Transaction ID: ***************** and a website to request information on the transaction. The information given on the website was a very generic denied so I decided to call **************************** They gave me the same story that only TRE had the power to reverse the declined return, but the gentlemen also gave me a number to contact TRE directly [**************]. I have been calling that number for the past two days and it prompts you to wait for the next customer service agent and then directs you to press "one" for English. It then tells you an email address you can use to check ************ return policy and then it hangs up on you.

    I was just trying to exchange European blue antifreeze for Asian blue at auto zone. I literally havent returned an item without receipt in years. It is definitely not something i do regularly but somehow i am barred from making returns or exhanges. You would think exchanging a non opened item would be a non issue. I am considering closing my account with autozone since they want to be associated with the *** who apparently arbitrarily makes decisions for them.

    I went to ******** on 02/16/2023 to return clothing that was purchased for a deceased relative. When they tried to process the return it was denied. I have never returned anything to ******** before and everything still had tags on them. I have contacted The Retail Equation and gotten no results. The transaction ID is ****************. This is very frustrating when you are not one to return things on a regular basis.

    So I bought a winch From harbor freight for ****** and bought one year protection plan fir extra *******. The winch has failed on me several times and harbor freight has provided a replacement because it didn't even make it ti the 90 day ***** I bought last winch on feb2 2023 today us the 17 of Feb so it took. 17 days for the winch to stop working altogether I assume bad electrical wiring or something. I go in store explain to the Manger what is going on and that I have had this issue with winch subdebsky stopping and they replaced faulty winch she said no problem i can help you. Mind you I am working o the job and needed thevwinch to finish with a customer truck so I rush to hRboe freight and she processed the return then all ***** I am presented with a te iron that says sorry we are unable to process your return I get upset and demand a refund for the protection plan I bought for am r Tra 150 dollars on top ic 600 for the winch I am not a their like harbor freight made me feel like I am a member of the inside track club and i spend lots of money with them. I am ****** now harbor freight has screwed me our of 600 dollars a winch and a job and paying customer thanks alot

    On Feb 11, 2023 I attempted to return items from an ******** online order made on December 31, 2022. I was told I was outside the 30 day return period and would be issued store credit. I agreed to the store credit. When the information from my driver's license was entered, my ********************** was denied. I was given a print out and told to contact The Retail Equation (TRE) for a Retail Activity Report (***) which would contain details on why my return was denied. The *** from TRE contained only information on the transaction request from February 11th and no other information on why the transaction was denied. I am a frequent ******* shopper and I utilize their online store often. I want a reason for the denial of my return, the evidence used to deny my return, and details on options moving forward. If my returns, even within the 30 day period, will be denied in the future I have a right to know this information before I spend more money with *******. I would also like to see a change in the way the return denial information is given to customers. The associate and manager told me I likely abused their return policy or I was suspected of trying to return stolen merchandise and I had been flagged as a theft risk. TRE needs to train their clients in how to deliver this information to customers.

    I called them 12 times to dispute a transaction. Each time they say: We will have a manager call you back in the next 24 to 48 hours and I never received a call back. They deliberately meander the process to exhaust customers and force them to give up their legitimate claim. I was returning an item at ********** that The Retail Equation rejected, the abysmal amount is $30. I have been a contractor for 36 years and have purchased over a million dollar of building material from ********** through the years. My Transaction number from Retail Equation is: 2182795723HDC

    Hi, this isn't resolved. I tried to return the Hydroflask, 01/23/2023 AFTER reviewing the email of approval by Dicks to return by February 18, 2023 and yet again, I received "Return declined" Transaction ID #*****************. This by far isn't resolved with this company. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving. I submitted two prior emails to you for follow up, but I haven't received a response.
