    I have never ever done anything fraudulent while returning anything I should not be on any kind of list for returns and am requesting all of my file be erased as the collection of my info violated my rights and the algorithms used by this company are profiling innocent consumers. That is why current class action lawsuits are being filed against this company delete my file please.

    I have a water heater that is under warranty and when I go to return it and give them my ID for a ********************** with a case number from the company my license is flagged because of ******************************************* thinking that its fraud because I returned so many water heaters because Im a licensed plumber. As the plumber I always take the water heater to the store because thats what Plumbers do and thats what people pay for. I have a woman without hot water for 36 hours going on now because I cant make an exchange on a water heater. I still dont know how to clear my name from being flagged and not one person at ********** was helpful.

    I had recently gone into ********** and was returning a gift from Christmas from my sister. I didnt have a receipt and customer service from ********** was going to give me a credit to use in the store and then asked to scan my drivers license and lo and behold for some reason I was declined a return, which Ive never heard of, I was told by the customer service agent that I will have to go to this website to find out exactly why but I was because from this third-party vendor that Ive never heard of and never knew they had my information. I had to go to a link, there was no phone number. ********** couldnt tell me the reason why I was declined an in-store credit when Ive only returned three or four things in my life to **********. This is discrimination and makes me look criminal whatever information they supposedly have needs to be taken care of and deleted this is unfair and makes me not want to buy anything from these box stores. There may be other people out there that unfortunately do things wrong, but to label me as a person that is unfaithful and or doing something wrong is totally unacceptable and discriminating. We should all be notified. Also if theyre giving our information out I have never heard of this and totally insulted by this now when I go to ********** I look like Im a criminal without knowing whatever happened why am labeled and I would like this to be resolved. This is totally unfair. this is from outside source company overseas that no one can give me any information theyre rude and arent willing to help or give information on why any of this is happening. Totally insane

    They did nothing but send and automated response that it may take 30 days for anyone to respond.  This is totally unacceptable.  My credit card info and credit card was stolen and now I cant return anything because this random company goes off some random data.  There should be something in place not ********** me on the back burner for 30 days when this company knows nothing personally and I should also be informed when information is taken from a 3rd party.  You are making me out to be a criminal.  ************ has so many complaints and has done nothing to help anyone.

    Purchased $16.78 vitamins from CVS. Retail Equation blocked me and rejected my return to CVS a day after and well within the return period. REtail Equation is stealing personal data and should be fined.

    Company stole personal data and did not provide valid reason for delay and caused harm sabotaging my CVS return with valid reseat. Poor business practices could cause that my CVS return period till 2/8/24 expire. REtyail Equation should be blacklisted to stop harming consumers and stealing personal data.

    Purchased $16.78 vitamins from CVS. Retail Equation blocked me and rejected my return to CVS a day after and well within the return period. REtail Equation is stealing personal data and should be fined.

    This problem has been on going for the past 6 plus months. I am continually denied to return or exchange for size, for my online purchases by Retail Equation for items purchased from Dicks Sporting Goods online store. As recent as yesterday, 1-20-2023, my online purchases from Dicks Sporting Goods were denied, with my proof of purchase, within their return exchange policy time period, by retail equation.

    I have made only returns with receipts at Dick's ******** Goods. Today, I got a warning that I could no longer return items there and to contact the Retail Equation because it had made this decision. When I contacted the Retail Equation, they could not provide any information over the phone on why I was being denied the ability to return items. They said that any information to flag my account was made by ****'s ******** Goods. I went inside to ****'s ******** Goods again, and the manager there said that wasn't true. I want the Retail Equation to delete any data associated with me. It is unauthorized and hindering my ability to be a consumer.

    I bought furniture from the *********** Then they refused my return even though it was within the return policy. They said The Retail Equation is who I should talk to. I did, and they said I'm not allowed to make any returns. I asked why. They DO NOT HAVE ANY REASONS! They just refused my return. I disputed with my bank. They told my bank that if I had returned within the time limit they would've refunded but now I can't. This is a scam company along with ********** who lie to get money from hard working Americans who work day in and day out just to earn a living. My bank told me to pursue legal action and I will. I'm doing this through BBB and I will contact the attorney general for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a crime.

    I requested my transaction history and return history report directly from Sephora after being banned for attempting to return 2 products with receipt within policy guidelines. I received a 366 page report documenting over $125,000 in returns falsely associated with my name in several locations all over the U.S, majority of which are physically impossible to have been processed because many were "returned" the same day just hours apart within multiple states. None of these transactions exist on my bank nor on my Sephora account because they do not exist and I did not authorize them. Sephora supervisor admitted they utilize a third party company The Retail Equation to track/share with other retailers all transaction activity though both my ID and credit card, without my knowledge or consent. I was not issued a warning prior to being banned that I would be refused any further returns/exchanges.They provided no explanation for the fraudulent published report and refuse to issue a refund of $43.00 after speaking with a supervisor and notifying her of the false report published to my record. This directly ***** my business as a makeup artist as returns are inevitably necessary and I am blacklisted from other retail stores because of this. I was unfairly treated as a scammer at the ************************** Sephora for insisting on a refund as they are refusing to honor their own policy which I'd followed. I am a top tier member of their rewards program and should not be treated as a fraud or scammer. They are publishing and sharing false documents nationally with other retail stores to ban me and now prevent me from maintaining my business.These false charges associated with my name are extremely damaging to my reputation as a freelance artist and require regular maintenance/restock of inventory for my profession. I am now unable to purchase as needed and urgently need this record of false reports investigated as they refuse to evaluate and drop false charges under my name.

    Clearly as I've written, I have already obviously contacted ******* and was told to contact their third party company used to quietly scam and track customers. Contacting Sephora directly has done nothing for me so calling again on my end would do nothing because no one can apparently read or accept accountability to resolve anything within the company. I demand a resolution and actual response from Sephora and their third party system.
