    ***** the owner is unethical, her company hides fees and her customers service is appauling. Her sales rep picked up our order free of charge and delivered previously free of charge. Our second order was picked up free of charge and stated they would bring back our order. Now they want to charge us to deliver or pick it up ourself. We were not told there would be a charge either way, ***** is saying she'd be "at a loss" or "on the hook". They are 10 mins down the street and she's saying it's a 30minute trip for delivery and she just can't do it. Beware of the bait and switch

    Im so sorry that this client is unhappy with our delivery charge of $15 for a $30 order. We try to communicate with clients at all times what the costs are, and unfortunately a $30 order doesnt qualify for free delivery. I know this client was upset, and its unfortunate that we were unable to resolve this issue before it came to this.
