      Olukai rated at a D- by BBB today. Terrible. I spend a lot of money each year at Olukai. Many times I've brought up the fact that we can not initiate a return of our online order via our orders history page. Our order is listed there but we have to navigate to the returns section using one of the hyperlinks at the bottom of the page, then we have to enter our order number (which was on the order history page) and finally enter an email address or zip code to initiate our return. All this is on our account as we are signed in. All this is with the order history that we just looked at. I've mentioned this to customer service many times and they aren't going to lift a finger to make it seamless. This is designed to block our ability to return these products easily. By making it more difficult some people won't be able to initiate a return. Furthermore, the return email does not include the scan Q code and we have to select a link in the email to find the scan code bar that the shipping location is going to want for the return. Poor incompetent programming that Olukai refuses to fix. Change the order history page so you can just press the order there to initiate a return. Email the scan Q Code to us when return is approved so we don't have to go look for it. Also include a link to initiate a return in the order confirmation page that does not require us to enter the order number and email/zip code, which is ALL included in the original order email. Incompetent. Greedy. Outsourced. Overpriced.

      I have been attempting to exchange 1 pair of shoes for manufacturing issues and return another pair of shoes from the same order. There have been 8 emails back and forth over 14 days. There are days between responses and they keep repeating questions I have already answered. Their delays in addressing my issues has caused me to not get an exchange for the shoe I wanted because it is now sold out. I reached out to them via ******** at the 10 day **** hoping I could get help there and the same issue is arising. I type in a response and wait days for a return message and no one is actually helping me.

      I ordered 4 pairs of the ***************** sandals. I have found a better price elsewhere, so I went to go start a return, only to find that the return option is blocked. I called them, and they said they sent the issue to their billing team, and that I would receive a call soon. I received a phone call from Olukai, and spoke with the Supervisor. He tried to start the return on my order, but he was also blocked from starting the return. In the return policy, it claims I have 30 days to start a return, it has only been a week or 2, so Im not sure why its letting me start the return. Even the supervisor was not able to start the return on their end after trying multiple times. He said he didnt have any information on why its not letting him start the return for me. He said the only option would be to dispute the charge with my bank. Bank disputes can take 2-3 months to be completed if not longer than that, according to my bank. This is absolutely ridiculous, I dont understand how they arent able to start my return on their end, as well as my end. I definitely wont be ordering anything else from there..

      On June 22, 2024, in response to a FB ad I became interested in some Olukai shoes. The price of $150 seemed high so I searched and found a discount code for first time buyers of 50% off. I entered the code and instantly the price changes to the 50% off price. Happy with this price I touched the button to complete the order and instantly it switched back to full price of $150 and completed the sale. I immediately as suggested sent a message which was unanswered for almost 2 days so sent another which also remains unanswered. A later phone call was answered by a woman who proceeded to question my attempt at using a discount code with a long explanation of nothing addressing their website accepting the code and then switching the price with no opportunity to cancel. All around poor business practice. Although it appears they may have a nice product it really doesnt matter when they treat customers as poorly as they do. Very disappointed.

      I understand your warranty is for one year, but I feel like a pair of sandals which i paid over 100$ for should last more than that. I don't use them much and they straps lost their padding and its impossible to wear.

      I purchased a pair of *Awiki - Trench Blue / Pavement" slippers last year and they broke. Olukai graciously replaced these slippers and sent them to my next vacation destination as requested. Again, this year, the replacement slippers broke (same place as first ones - poor design). I sent an email and "******" replied they would replace again and offered a different style of equal or lesser price. I immediately replied I wanted a different model. I heard nothing from ******. I filed a complaint email via theirs site, and ****** emailed again stating "looks like our response did not reach you" and again offered to replace as mentioned above. I immediately responded to ****** stating, "looks like my reply did not reach you" and reiterated which replacement slipper and size I wanted. I even offered to send old slippers back for quality assurance. ****** again has not replied and I have not seen any evidence they are sending me replacement slippers.       On November 28th, 2022 I ordered a pair of slippers from Olukai, a big promotion deal they have going for 50% off all slippers. I tracked the slippers for a week and a half before I realized they had never been sent by the company to the shipper. I tried calling. I tried messaging on ********* I tried emailing and also chatting on their website. I have had nothing but computer generated responses back, and today is 12/20/22. I still have no slippers. I messaged them last week and told them I would be contacting the BBB if I did not hear back from a human or have some sort of resolve....still nothing. So I am here - filing a complaint because this company has 1. Still not sent my slippers OR contacted me with an actual response that answers my questions and 2. They keep advertising that they can get people their orders before Christmas now - when they still haven't fulfilled their November orders. I have seen many people commenting online about how they have not received their orders either. Not okay at all - and especially to have no humans for customer service. I think their promo is a scam.       I ordered slippers from Olukai on 11/1. Got a tracking number, but it didn't work. Had correspondence with them about where my slippers are and they keep saying that they would correct and send them out right away.Up until today, I haven't received my slippers or a tracking number or a refund.I've uploaded all correspondence and it will show you where we are.
