  Started a Reverse Mortgage, Submitted personal documents as requested! Loan Officer went missing, his manager never returned my calls! Every time I called, the answering machine would say ********************* is home! Manager emailed me once and said he should be back the following week! Ive called and left messages to no avail! So my personal information they have! I gave up, and went with someone else! Now I believe they are scam

  Dishonest, Misleading, and Unprofessional. Over seven months, dealt with uneducated representatives. Company is very poor at communication from the highest level person on down.

  Last year my parents did a a reverse mortgage with AAG! When the 1 year anniversary came up for them to draw additional funds there was none. The documents they signed were not the same documents we discussed. I had them pull the conversation since they are recorded to find out they messed up the interest rate. We are now having to refinance and what a joke it has been. since my brother and I are beneficiaries on the trust we also had to go thru the credit class, which we could have done with my parents had we known. (additional cost) They pulled the title search wrong and said my parents owned more property which they didn't. Then the house was appraised and since he didn't like something my parents had to have another survey done (additional cost) Fast forward 3 months and we have finally closed on the loan. Guess what the notary was 30 min late, the docs had the name spelled wrong. We told them that and was told to cross it out and put the correct name. Myself and ************ are both bankers with numerous years of experience and told them you can not do that on a legal doc. Ok so we did and now we are having to do the closing all over again because someone did not know what they were doing. The processor we are working with is amazing but her supervisor is a joke as well as this company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PUNCHING ********************* IN THE **** AT THIS POINT IN AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Beware they just hire anyone for a notary which does not explain your documents. Know what you are signing before you do it. I would give them a negative 5 star if I could!
