    The company calls dozens of times every day. Will not remove numbers from the list even when told repeatedly

     I am on the do not call registry and update it when this happens, but this has not helped with these groups and goes in waves so now I'm getting them every day again despite saying STOP, STOP2END, etc.

    If you don't mind, I would like to do a deep analysis on your contact information to see if we are contacting you or if an outside agency is contacting you but using our name (Direct Funding Now). If you could email me at: ****************************************** and include your email and your phone number that is receiving these constant calls; I will let you know my findings. I will also make sure that these calls never come from our organization.

    Someone other than myself is using my name and great credit to obtain a loan in my name. I have tried stopping this through the telephone calls I am receiving but so far I have been unable to stop it. Therefore I am trying to see if the BBB can help me. See if you can get the response needed. Various individuals have tried contacting me and I would like it to cease and desist.

    We understand that someone is trying to obtain a loan by using your personal information. This does not have anything to with Direct Funding Now. We recommend that you place a freeze on all three consumer credit reporting agencies to prevent fraud.     Direct Funding Now has called my cell phone three times in the past week. These calls were on August 2, 3, and 4, 2022. The calls contained an automated pre-recorded voice. My number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, We do not have any existing business relationship and they do not have my express written consent to call me. They have been notified and I am seeking a response from the company.
