    I would like to file a complaint against this buiseness for misleading advertisment and poor customer service, First and formost, to use this device you MUST be a very seasoned programmer, not a novice. The website discribes as easy to use and supports thousands of smart devices....Plug and play is the Word they use. I ordered the unit and set it up like the instructions say....then you realize that most smart devices are not supported, the user interface does not exist (You have to create that - Very difficult) and they claim it support Smart Life. In reality you have to program it (very intense programming) to just get the devices from smart life to port over. These are some of the things they state: WORKS WITH (ALMOST) EVERYTHING. Everything and the kitchen sink in one app. More than ***** built-in integrations support hundreds of thousands of smart devices and online services, with more regularly added by our community. Home Assistant works with your existing Apple ****************************** SmartThings**, and ******************** allowing a seamless and gradual migration for everyone in your home. Prerequisites Home Assistant Green ******** connection to your local network and internet access Webbrowser, tablet, or phone (Android or iOS) Electrical outlet What they dont mention is YOU MUST be a code developer to set this unit up with any smart devices. I applied for a return, after 6 hours of painful work paired with a developer with over 10 years experience, and between the two of use we could not get it to integrate with smartlife. I asked them if I could return the unit and get a refund, and the reply was they would charge me 3% return charge and a 30% restocking charge and I had to pay for shipping it back. The total amount I Paid was over $150 - Please visit the website to verify my claim. Anyone who buys this device MUST have ADVANCED programming skills. I am very disappoint in the advertising and the lack of support on returning the item
