    I have already paid for NO ADS several years ago. MobilityWare has now added a monthly fee.. I have tried for months to get them to fix this problem. I am tired of not getting what I paid for. I have changed emails and my original email address I used to first start playing this game is no longer active. They replied to me in a chat to erase and redownload... I have over ****** played games, so I do not wish to do their wishes when it was "they" that changed what I already paid for. You can not play the bonus games without the subscription, the subscription I have already paid for. It is pure greed (in my opinion)... please contact them and have them restore my paid subscription. Thank you very much. My previous email was ***************** After 28 years, the forgotten password was ineligible for creating a new one because I never had 2 part verification. All I have asked for is MobilityWare to restore what I have paid for... the ability to continue playing the game ad free and the ability to play the bonus games.

    I received emails stating I had a prize, namely a cash prize. Yet in the app I couldnt find anything extra special or different from everyday in the app so I reached out to the company by way of email and explained the situation and also sent screenshots of the emails I received to show what I was referring to. The first email back I received was a vague one to five words response stating essentially I dont know I guess not I dont see anything for your account I dont know. So I again emailed for further clarification to which I got an even more vague I dunno type response which also had a thanks glad I could help ending which was untrue seeing as the employee in reference was extremely not helpful. Seeking what I whatever cash prize I have won seeing as I was given and still have proof of such and I emailed directly about said prize and tried to come to a conclusion which apparently could not be. Thank you.
