      The store employee named ****** was cursing at ** multiple times disrespecting us as customers and I feel this person should not be working at this establishment when it comes to helping people I feel like he has mental issues that he needs to have worked out and is an end engagement to his employees

      After Reviewing ************ complaint, the video footage of the incident, and the written statements from the employees, ************ version of the incident appears to be incorrect.  ************ began this altercation stating that our employee was rude to him and his companion since he did not say anything to them when they came to the facility.  Although we have no sound to corroborate ************' accusation that our employee cursed at him, he is clearly the aggressor and since the incident several witnesses have also come forward and stated the same.  ************ threatened our employee numerous times during the incident.  ************ requested the employee "go outside and fight him" and that he with the "crypts" gang and kept reaching in his pants for something that the employees feared was a firearm.  ************ was asked to leave repeatedly after closing out his account but he continued to verbally assault our employee and approach our work station as if to come behind the counter to attack our employee.  Another employee had to stop him from doing so.  He told the employee that he "would be back for him" and that "he knows who his b**** is" and "they will get theirs". 

      Given the verbal assault that our employee endured during this situation, we feel his actions and words were clear and justified.  He and our other employee asked ************ to leave numerous times but he did not.  The female that was with ************ had to eventually push him out the door to leave.
