    if I could give it zero stars, I would, they don't know what they're doing. They value their IP more than their surrogates. All they do is bother you and argue with you and harass you. As a third time surrogate ! am very well versed that they don't know what they're doing, they had problems with insurance, and they expect you to fix it. they call and pretend to be you to the doctors and insurance giving out your birthday and name acting like they are you. I highly suggest that you go with a different agency they are too inexperienced, and controlling and also manipulate and lie. it's better to go with an agency that has actual reviews that aren't petitioned to be removed so you can't see the low stars, there's so much more to say about this agency, but would be too time-consuming to write more and I'm already at the point that they are the waste of my time. They can't even respect that I asked to to be left alone.I wrote this almost 10 months ago and now I'm renewing my post because they have included me into their own personal drama because they don't want bad reviews and convinced other people outside of their agency to harass me after I made one that was the truth even though my journey has ended and I asked to be left alone, these people are manipulative and I would suggest going with a different agency that doesn't harass you and are honest. They don't have quality, they have micromanagement issues and that's not the type of care someone needs when they are gifting such a priceless gift. The journey should be happy not arguing with them daily and in my cases even 8 months after I gave birth.
