  I am a customer, but they lack communication. And they didn't even qualify my financial issues before they submitted my plan . I'm still waiting on an updated plan, but as of this point, I don't know if they would be worth it because there was very little communication from them; and very little collaboration on documentation, and very little discusssion on how we are suppose to meet the requirements. I honestly feel like I'm on my own on this. I would like more collaboriation and communication, and detailed instructions. I want the Minute details that I am not getting.

  Absolutely the worst! Everything from being on hold with their phone system all the way to the case managers. Their communication is absolutely horrible and have been trying to work with them to resolve an IRS issue with ZERO results. They claim to have a A+ rating with the BBB, but based on my claims and files, they have done NOTHING but take my money. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone who is dealing with an *** issue. I can easily provide a timeline as well as specific names that I have dealt with from TaxRise, because none of them have followed up with my case and I have nothing to lose!

  These people took $500 from me and they didnt resolve anything. They tried to make get a 3100 loan. They dont explain all the details in the beginning. I been calling these people since last week about my refund and they keep giving me the run around. I advise no one not to fool with this company. They are not going to do anything for you. Its best to make a payment plan yourself with ***.

  They called me and told me there was important information about my account it was urgent to call him back, I call him back it says 0 wait time I wait for 20 minutes nobody comes on the line I call back they said 0 wait time I wait for another ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ two neither one of them work this place is a joke

  I have hired Tax Rise in April ************************************ which previous installment was high. The sales guy from Tax Rise told me that they would help me lower my tax debt. I gave them my full financial profile and paystubs etc. I met with the sales guy for 3 hours and he said due to financial hardship that the solution they would give me was non-collections. They had me do a $7K loan to sign up with monthly payments. The service document I originally signed up for was non-collections solution. The following week after I signed up the case manager called me and said that the tax solution changed from non-collections to $783 a month with the ***. She said it was because some items on my tax stub was not tax allowable. It was about $600 more a month and this created the $783 monthly payment which did not make sense. I told her how can an amount that is not material change the tax solution by that much. She would not listen to me. I sent the sales guy an email asking him why this changed given the fact that he had the same pay stubs and financial profile and how can solution has changed this drastically. This is a deceit, and they should have all have arrived with the same solution before I signed and not after. I sent two emails to the sales guy and no answer. I uploaded the ticket to the Tax Rise Portal and no answer. The case manager has not talked or been in contact with me in weeks and portal said solution being submitted. As the state tax is concerned, I called a few times as I had letters/notices from state to set up an installment. Tax Rise representative said that a lien or any action by the state would not happen. I ended up calling the state and it turned out they sent the tax to collections and the collections agency charged me almost $2k for this. I called Tax Rise and the representative apologized. I am still waiting on my cancellation which is pending and I am waiting on the loan I took out from them cancelled.

  I initially spoke with ***** ***** at Tax Rise about our tax issue last week who set me up an appointment with ***** *****. I had to pay a $500 initial fee after which I was in contact with a ***** *****. After explaining my case on how the *** had already placed a levy on my pay, ***** stated that Tax Rise could negotiate to get my tax liability reduced to a manageable amount. He put me on hold and came back stating they could get my case started for $18k. I told him there was no way I could manage that since I already have a loan out against my retirement as well as other mounting debt. I told him my only other option would be to take another loan out of my retirement, but the max I was allowed was $10k due to the current one I have. ***** put me on hold again and came back and said that $10k was acceptable. I informed him that this process would take some time, where the loan request wouldnt be fully processed for 3-5 business days. I said I would let them know when it would be complete. Well, not even one business day later, I received a notice from my bank only to discover that Tax Rise withdrew the $10k! Now, I cant even get petrol for my vehicle to even go to work!!!! I am severely in the red with my bank and of course they are going to charge me for being overdrawn. From seeing other posted complaints have left me very doubtful that Tax Rise will get my issue resolved let alone get my money back. Im having to weigh the option of having to file a court case over this while trying to recover from this debacle.
