  ****** and ******** with DTax are amazing! Reasonably priced and they get the job done better than anybody we've worked with before. Have used their services for the last two years and have been very pleased each time. Will be using their services from here on out. Definitely recommend DTax! Thank you ladies very much!!

  One born every minute and I am one. I began with a different company that told me that my representative was ****. Apparently that company went out of business (they should have disclosed financial problems when I signed as they went out of biz shortly after my contract) but I was told that **** was still my representative and taking over the contract. I was never sent a contract until last mos (over a year later) and it was unsigned. I told **** that it was unsigned and suddenly was sent one signed. I don't accept it a year later. Then, was told they "reduced" my fee but in actuality - ****, who had not disclosed she was the owner of the company at the time I agreed to continue, had misquoted what had been done with my account. I can only assume because it had been over a year that anything was done with my account and it was the former company that had done the work. Regardless, they did not deliver (either company) and I have no tax relief. I had to negotiate with the State and all former company did was put me in a program with the Feds where they still consider I owe them. I am a ****** to the complicated tax situation and based on what research I did for the former company, thought I was in capable hands to navigate me through a solution. It was misrepresentation all the way. I am still in a bind I am glad the people below received assistance because I personally feel that there was no transparency at all and no resolution.

  I got that dreaded letter in the mail that can keep you up all night. "We've selected your federal tax returns for examination." I am an independent contractor for a youth soccer club and the *** was auditing my mileage log from 3 years ago. Not only did I have no clue what all of this meant, but I didn't know where to start. A close friend said he went through an *** audit a while back and recommended I contact ****** at D-Tax Solutions right away. Making that phone call was the best decision in a long time as ****** made me feel like she could handle everything for me and although she couldn't promise I wouldn't owe anything, she definitely knew what she was doing and I felt confident in her with her experience. All I had to do was send her all of the documents that were requested by the *** representative and she took it from there. She worked with the *** representative and even went to the appointments for me. She was smart and understood the system better than I ever could and made me feel at ease with every aspect of the audit. The final letter said "We've made no changes to your reported tax." so I ended up owing nothing extra. I've always recommended her to everyone I know and will continue to have her handle all of my tax's from this point on. THANK YOU ****** (and ******) for all your work!
