      Date of serves: 01/29/2025 $1,000 was initially paid but the full amount was $1,200 to start anything, before giving them the $200 my account was compromised so therefore that wasn't given. I then did some research and decided not to go with a ************ for my taxes. I called to retrieve my $1,000 and was told they had started the process but I knew that wasn't true because a lady kept calling to get my tax information.They were to file my taxes with the *** and get some resolution.I just want my $1,000 returned because they haven't done anything for me because the full amount wasn't given to them. On April 8, 2025 they were harassing me on the phone well over 50 times, had to put an app on my phone to stop the harassments but it continued that day.

      ***** - You signed up for our tax preparation services on Friday February 7, 2025 in which we reached out on Monday . Since then, your assigned case manager has made multiple diligent attempts to collect the necessary tax information in order to complete your 5 years of unfiled returns. These outreach efforts occurred on the following dates: February 13, 14, 18, 19, 24, 28; March 4, 7, 10, 12, 18, 26, 31; and April 9. Unfortunately, each time we had to leave a message as we were unable to reach you directly.
      The only time we were able to speak with you was on March 4, in which you indicated that you were unavailable to talk at that time. Despite our consistent efforts, we did not receive the necessary cooperation from you to move forward with your tax preparation.
      We also reviewed our records and found no indication that anyone from our team contacted you on April 8. That date falls just one week before the tax deadline, a period during which our team is especially focused on serving clients who are actively working with us to complete their filings.
      Given the circumstances, and the lack of communication and cooperation, we will gladly issue a refund of the $1,000 you paid. Since we have not been able to reach you by phone, we ask that you please check your email and respond there to facilitate the refund process.

      i got scammed out of 4300 dollars from this tax company there represinative **** is a smooth talker and told me that they where working with the *** to resolve my tax situation they did absolutely nothing to help me but take my money that i work hard for

      We have made several attempts to reach you so that you understand the full process of resolving your *** issues. Please call us at your convenience. As a retort to this unwarranted complaint: Before any type of debt reduction can take place, all taxpayers must to be in compliance with the ***. i.e. Have all tax years filed. We completed 5 years of returns that you never filed. We have to physically mail all years prior to 2021 to the *** for processing. E-filing is not available. We received tax year 2018 back in late November and promptly mailed it to the ***. Once all years are processed and accepted, we can move forward on the actual reduction utilizing the programs offered by the ***. To say we did absolutely nothing is incorrect, as again, we had to file 5 years of tax returns first and foremost.  We follow all procedures set forth by the *** which we can discuss further if you choose to move forward.

      I started with global gate, Ivy in March 2024. She made lots of promises especially. One was this is fully refundable. We paid the ***** up front and 388 62 a month. I begged for communication, answers and responses none. Only time I heard was if the needed something. Very inexperienced employees. Was promised a very minimal settlement. Sent more money this month which was ***** for an offer in compromise. That was in August. Nothing yet. I started working and now I am told the *** WILL reject my claim and I will owe more. I spoke with an attorney he said it's skeptical to cut all ties and ask for a refund. What I am seeking. Worse experience ever.

      -Our firm promptly requested the resolution documents on April 17, 2024. However, we did not receive the required documentation from you until July 12, 2024a delay of nearly three months.
      -After receiving your documents, we promptly sent the *** packet to you on July 17, 2024 for your review and signature.
      -The signed *** documents, along with the necessary checks, were returned to our office on August 16, 2024, at which point we submitted the full package to the IRS.

      Please note, as we have previously explained, the *** process can take between 6-12 months for full resolution, depending on various factors, including requests for additional information from the IRS.

      Your New Employment:

      During the initial stages of your case, you were not employed with the job you are working for today. The services and strategies we implemented on your behalf were based on the financial information you provided at that time. However, you recently informed us that youve started a new job. A change in income impacts the viability of an Offer in Compromise, and as weve discussed, the *** requires updated financials throughout the process.

      While we understand that you may not want to disclose your new employment to the **** we are legally obligated to present truthful and accurate financial information to them. Failing to do so could result in your *** being rejected and could create further complications down the road.

      Addressing Your Concerns:

      Youve expressed frustration, suggesting that our firm delayed the submission of your resolution. However, the delays in this case were due to the time it took for you to provide the requested documentation. Any suggestion that our firm has not acted diligently is not accurate, and we have clear records to support this timeline.

      Our firm has worked hard on your behalf, the work weve done has been substantial, and the changing circumstances related to your employment do not alter the fact that weve fulfilled the services as agreed upon.

      How can they promise after this. There was no comunication to the process. I begged for answers, questions to the process over and over again. I sent 3 checks stubs and disclosed my employment. I was suppose to have a case manager and they would never give me a name. Tge do not answer phone calls or texts during the day. I think this company is foreign. So now no check due to they see it now a perfect situation???they never kept timeliness at all. Not happy at all

      We rendered all services prior any complaint from her and actually performed more work than was due as she paid less than half of her service fee.

      Furthermore, she violated the terms of her contract multiple times and we did not assess any additional fees (she had 9 x NSFs that we did not charge for since March) or suspend her case for cause.

      This blame falls her and of course we have proof of the work and she had all her Global Gate point of contacts.

      I started working with Global Gate Tax this past October, to try and make sure I was good with the **** They dug back around 10 years and found I was wrong with a couple of years' tax returns, I paid them roughly $2500 to $3000 for going back that far and they were going to help me get right with the **** By the end of 2023, they had all the information they needed had filed my incorrect tax returns efile, and were waiting for my latest w-2 for 2023. By the end of January, they had my W-2s and told me they would be submitted. I didn't receive any kind of confirmation from them till February 22nd after I had been calling them, emailing them, and texting them asking for an update. I received no acknowledgment about any of the multiple messages I had sent them, they merely asked for one more piece of paper. I sent them a picture of what they asked and I didn't get acknowledgment that I had even done anything that they'd asked. Starting the first week of March I worked on getting ahold of anyone that I could at the company, I explained I hadn't heard anything from them in a while and would like to know what was going on with my taxes. I was finally told all of my tax filings had been accepted and they would be giving me a call back to help through the resolution of filing taxes with them. that was the beginning of March it is now April 8th as I type this I want help getting this resolved so I can stop worrying about my taxes. I'll take anything I can get at this point as long as it gets resolved. UPDATE they have not filed my 2023 tax returns as of April 10th. they had everything needed on January 22nd and confirmed they had all they needed on January 30th. I want them to file my 2023 return and I want a total refund for what I paid them. This is ridiculous
