    date of transaction was 5/11/2024. It was for 72$ that was fraudulently said to be for 12 months of Amazon Prime memborship when I was setting up a ******* that I had just purchased from Amazon Prime. When I called the next day to Amazon, they knew nothing of anything like what was being said by me or the # I was directed to call off my ******* to set it up. When I researched the Company and found a phone # they still maintained they used the funds for Amazon. When I had no luck with the real Amazon to cover the phishing scams fee that I paid on my debit card. they informed me they were not the "actual AMAZON", and that they would come avter me for harrassment. I had to close my account, acquire a new debit card and now all of my autopays have to be reset after the 5-7 days I have to wait for my new debit card.

    Date of transaction: July 6,2023. Amount paid: ****** Software to prevent "hackers"Scammed my 91 y/o mother My Mother received an email stating her accounts had been hacked. She called the phone number in the email and was talked into buying software. We cannot find any new software loaded on her computer. I called Live PC Help stating my Mom had been scammed and to get the issue resolved. I was told she would get a full refund. We had *********** credit card company dispute the charges, Now Live PC Help is calling my mom up to 6 times a day demanding payment and threatening to take legal action against my Mom

    I am filing this complaint for my 90 year old mother who was scammed $499.99 for something she had no idea of what it was for. She thought they were unlocking some files on her iPad that were preventing her from accessing on line banking apps. She agreed to pay, but they did nothing, except to help her fill out an electronic check.
